Tempatnya yg strategis. Hanya saja terlalu dekat dengan jalan raya. Jadi agak sediikit bising. Mungkin diksh peredam kali setiap kamar. Sofar pelayananya oke banget

Lived there for 12 months. Great room and facilities, but highlight goes to staff. Amazing team on breakfast and hotel management - special thanks to Rinaldi and Guntur!

Unfortunately, I lived with a student in 3 rooms, known as a room with one double bed, a room with two beds, and the third room with two beds. Unfortunately, I only got one double bed in each room, and the main room had one double bed. I asked for an extra mattress, and they gave me a cover! How do I sleep, Muslim? He tells me to wait, I saw the morning, can they give it to you? Also, the smell of the apartment is very unpleasant! Bathroom without soap? The one at the reception said to give me money, not me. The one who came and pushed himself with his head.

God willing, the hotel has been renovated, as before, very excellent. I highly recommend families

Tempat nya berbarengan dibangun nya dan terkoneksi dg Mall super Lotte. Parkiran motor umum tdk tersedia disini/mall tsb, ada di belakang tempat Futsal.

Some people would love this. Some people WILL ALWAYS LOVE THIS. Cozy place. Clean as new. Smells incredible. And quite soundproof as well even if in the outside is full of horn from a horrible car drivers out there. The lighting is wonderful. Nice to walk out in the middle of the night if youre smokers and need to get some air out from the room. I guess i have my mouth talking too much, but yes. This is quite a feeling in Somerset that you never felt this way before in the middle of jakarta's jungle. But remember, the food is near you. You can walk out to go get some food near the apartment. And beside you? Of course there is a Mall, an artspace-based Mall actually (lotte ciputra). Trust me, you will love it. Or you will adore it. Ps: the guards not quite nice. So be nice with them. And also, you get a clean an nice kitchen (feels like home to me) and a washing room that includes an ironing table for you to take care your things. Its incredible. Dont forget the views, folks. Jakarta looks nice to look at the windy nights if you stay there. Hope youre having fun!

Kamar luas, bersih, kalom berenang luas, tidak terlalu dalam, ada kolam untuk anak anak, ada jakuzi, makin menyenangkan berenang disini, belum bisa review sarapannya karena baru cek in hari ini.

Pelayanan yang luar biasa menyenangkan dan tempat yang benar-benar bersih dan nyaman, tidak akan menyesal untuk tinggal disini

Makanannya cukup enak waktu nyoba breakfast di restorannya hotel ini. Semua pelayanannya sangat ramah baik waiter maupun waitress nya. Hotel ini termasuk mewah dijamannya. Tapi mungkin krn sh cukup lama kynya harus direnov lg terutama lift nya yg kelihatan kuno. Hotel ini sangat strategist lokasinya yg hanya berjln kaki saja ke Lotte shopping Avenue Dan jg pusat perbelanjaan lainnya.

The apartments are affordable, but the one we stayed in was a bit old and smelled like years of in-door smoking buried in the carpets and furniture. The place is very clean and they've done a good job to try to freshen up the smell. But you'll notice it when you come from outside and enter the apartment.

The breakfast restaurant feels like 2 or 3-star hotel. Simple offers of mostly portion-packaged jams, butter and breakfast cereals. The food options reminds of conference style standard catering. The guy who making omelette and waffles isn't really trained for it: my kids got a centimeter thick waffle that was still liquid from the batter in the middle.

It's all in the details and I wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel. I'd say it's a 3 star place in a fancy packaging.

But I would definitely recommend it for group travelers. It's very affordable with very large apartments and all service is super nice. Just not the 4 star experience that the agency booked for me.

I'm really disappointed by this hotel. I left there one drawer full of stuff including external disc. I wrote and called them in the evening, asking them to collect it. They answered that the DROWER WAS EMPTY! It is impossible as all things which I was missing WAS in that DROWER. No way I was mistaken, just packing quickly I didn't open this one. So I'm highly disappointed that in such a hotel such a situation was taken a place. My things was.taken by someone? Throwerd away? Disappeared in misterious way? I will never come back there again!

Apartemen premium grup Ciputra di kawasan bisnis Kuningan Jakarta dengan fasilitas pendukung yang lengkap dan mewah

Our two-bedroom apartment was on the 19th floor with large windows in living area and both bedrooms, overlooking Dr. Satrio street. We had amazing view from our room and that was what we wanted. Furniture were a bit dated but that was not a problem. Kitchen and bathroom appliances worked well. Our bath tub was quite large and to tell you the truth, the liquid soap smelled really nice. On the 24th level, there was a restaurant serving sahoor for Moslems and the food served varied greatly and was excellent.

Service is quite good and decent, but the room is a bit outdated, the price is equivalent with the room space.

A little bit rusty, small pool, extremely expansive steak restrant. Very loud car, bike noise from road at left side building.
BUT cheap.
