Pastanya enak banget, pas kesini nyobain Penne Farmigiano Rigatonni, kejunya berasa banget. Sambil nunggu pesanan datang dpt free compliment roti dengan olive oil. Tempatnya ramai jadi sebaiknya reserve dulu. Menunya ada yang pakai pork ya.

Tempatnya terlalu kecil, pelayanan kurang bagus, pramusaji tdk mengupayakan bgamana supaya pengunjung bisa dapat tempat utk makan, masak menolak konsumen dg alasan tdk ada tempat dan harus reservasi dulu.

Came on Sunday at 13.00, it was 2nd day of Idul Fitri, the restaurant wasnt even crowded when we came (first floor was empty and second floor only half occupied and most of them were eating already), we ordered our food shortly after. Pizza was not ready as they said they were closed for 3 days and ran out of dough (ok make sense), we continue ordering 1 appetizer, 4 pasta, 1 fish n chips and 1 cordon bleu and drinks. 2 pastas and 1 appetizer were out after 30 mins probably (we were still chilling at this point), waited longer and fish n chips finally out. When we almost finished that 1 appetizer, 2 pastas and 1 fish n chips, we were questioning where are the other 3 dishes that we ordered? The waitress said that they were still plating it, after one hour of waiting finally the cordon bleu arrived, yes only the cordon bleu, where are the 2 pastas? Another waiter came and check with us to confirm which food hasnt come out yet and another 10 mins came the manager and asked us again whether all the food has been served? So after 1.5 hours and 3 people checked on our orders, the 2 pastas still didnt manage its way out of the kitchen. They gave us 2 hours to sit when we booked the table yet they couldnt even served the order in 1.5 hours what a joke. And it was pasta! The chef said there was an internal miscommunication, what miscom? 3 people came multiple times to check with us and you still cant deliver so yeah when it was supposed to be a birthday treat, ended with 2 of us not eating after 1.5 hours of waiting. Shame on you! The food didnt worth the price tbh, but it was ok, it was the waiting time and showing no sign of food coming made it unbearable (been reading the reviews of this restaurant from few years ago, looks like they havent learnt their lesson)

We order pork belly aglio olio and fillet mignon.the pasta was great but the steak was a disaster. 1st serve was well done (supposed to be medium), we returned it and it came back rare. Returned it again and 3rd time it was half well done and half rare

So far the best italian food in west jakarta.seneng banget gak perlu ke jaksel lagi untuk cari western food yang enak.pastanya homemade, bumbunya wow banget, aku suka banget dengan tingkat kematangan pastanya.karena semuanya freshly made, pembuatannya agak lama dan mendingan pas reservasi sekalian order dan taruh DP.pas tiba di resto, tidak perlu nunggu lagi dan sudah bisa langsung makan.temenku ingin order pizza dan butuh 1 jam untuk order pizza tapi memang worth waiting.pizza doughnya tu kayak sourdough dan crustnya tipis dan lembut.enak banget.pelayanannya juga ramah banget.lokasi bersih.untuk sistem ordernya agak kacau si karena pas temenku order, waitressnya input order dan kertas print habis dan ordernya hilang katanya.terus dia tanya lagi orderannya apa.semoga sistem AInya bisa diperbaiki.and tiramisunya juga habis pas mau order.kecewa bangeeet.semoga next aku bisa cobain.

Pizzanya enak 9/10. Spagetinya biasa aj 6/10. Tmptnya ok, bersih, nyaman. Karyawannya pelayanan jg ok, cm kurang tau ttg produknya yah, ditanya pecorino apa, bocconcini apa, kgk ngerti

I went here with my friends to celebrate her birthday. I made a reservation through Chope. When we came, the restaurant was pretty slow and empty. We ordered pizza and pasta, all of sudden the waiter went back to us and told us the pizza was sold out. We were pretty disappointed. When the food came, our disappointment was increased even more. The food was bland. All in all, i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We thought we had found a hidden Italian restaurant gem in our neighborhood. The design and interior are very rustic, warm and inviting. We had high expectations when we first came here. However, the foods were not very authentic and a bit disappointing. Spaghetti aglio olio was just salty, with no aroma of garlic. The mushroom soup was up to standards. The spinach ravioli was actually pretty good, but the sauce is just melted butter, not browned butter as the menu stated (because the color is pale yellow, no caramelized aroma). The pizza was actually very good, but a bit on the salty side. The most disappointing dish was their special of the month, Mushroom Risotto. The rice was too al-dente, the mushroom taste wasn’t accentuated with truffle oil, and they put balsamic vinegar around the plate which ruined the taste. And again, it was salty. Overall, the food is too salty. I hope they could improve their food to match up to the impeccable interior ambiance.

I came to the table number one around 7.30PM on Sunday 23th April. We order a pork ham pizza for the dish, and two hot tea.

Unfortunately, we have to wait for an hour for the pizza to be served. Typically, a pizza restaurant needs as much as 20-25 minutes to serve their pizza, and not an hour or more. They are just trying to calm me down without offering any compensation for their super-late serving.

Its my first time here, and I’m sure I won’t come back in the near future if their service is still a definite disappointment. (Not to mention I won’t suggest my foodie friends to come to this resto.)

Harus reserve dl, kbtln wkt kita dtg, AC yg 1 rusak, panas. Roti complimentnya tipis2, Pasta Alla Aglio Olio Pork Belly nya enak, Al dente, Pork Belly bukan yg jenis crispy tp rasanya gurih, slicenya besar2, generous. Antara Pizza Quattro Formaggi dan Pepperoni, lbh suka yg Pepperoni. Ravioli di Spinaci nya biasa aja. Ice Strawberry Mint, strawberry nya kurang dominan, Crazy Caramel cukup enak. Oya, waiter n manager P. Arifin friendly n helpfull

The service was so bad. We wanted to order the pizza but the pizza was not available. The taste all of the foods were so bland. We ordered Penne Alpesto, the penne a little bit undercook. The Cordon Blue was so bland too. Please focus on the flavors of the food and the service.

Take your time to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Eating good food with your family.

It does not have the speed of a fast food restaurant. So do eat when you do have the time to spare with this in mind. They tried their best. You can tell from the waiters to the chef that they want to serve the best. And the food is delicious.

My personal favourite is the napolitan pizza and pork belly pasta. The dough is fresh. The fresh pasta is handmade and served with quality ingredients. The portion is pretty generous. The price is around mid range.

Service needs improvement. 3 storey place where diners are seated 2nd floor but production is on 1st floor delays service significantly. No wait staff to tend to diners until they came up delivering food.
By only 6.15pm and they could not fulfill 2 items of our order (out of burrata and no 200gr filet mignon).
Smoked salmon antipasti was OK, ribeye was OK, pizza quattro formaggi was decent.

Tried out this small restaurant that used to be a cafe. Food was ok, ordered Lasagne & Pepperoni Pizza. Ambience and decor is also quite nice and comfy.

But here where we come to the weird aspect of the place, the service (or the absent of it). We are seated on the second floor and when we tried to order the waiter told us to scan the barcode and send a WA to the kitchen.

This is a restaurant I believe and that is the first time I had to order my food to dine in via WA. The second floor also has no one waiting, so it’s a bit weird. Are you trying to be a restaurant or a cafe?

Hopefully service will improve because if not its a pity. Wish you all the luck and success

Worst experience. The place cozy but the service is not good. Order nasi goreng kampung in the menu the price 39k, after we ate and view the receipt it change as ‘chicken fried rice’ with price 75k. Then i ask if there is a wrong menu inputted, turn out they say if the nasi goreng kampung menu only for takeaway and they refer as chicked fried rice if dine in with that wide range price difference without confirmation at all.
Feel like i got scam in the coffeeshop.
Price range for fried rice with a little chunk of chicken and egg cost 75k before taxes just too much,
Also i ordered pork belly, the price around 95k taste not good, but not bad, also small portion.
