ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE EXERIANCE.
1. The night before the first staff told us we could only order from the grill, Yet the second person we spoke to said we could pay for the buffet package in which we agreed and booked. - also requesting to be placed not so close to the live band
2. We arrive at the restaurant to only be able to place orders from the grill and that our table had been directly right in front of the live band even though there was clearly 2 suitable spots on the opposite end of the room which could have been better - I made the staff aware of our booking and was promptly replied with unfortunatly the bookings are full. I tried to explain that we made our reservation as the buffet but he he just offered the canapes before our mains.
3. A table that arrived after us had all their food arrive to them before us. It was quite frustrating to see as wede waited over an hour for our food which also came out OVERCOOKED and DRY.
4. A live band is fine, but when they get diners to sing with them and then change mid song and then cant sing, why bother hiring a band?

Summary: I 100% would not recommend this place unless you know the owner of the hotel and can garauntee to be treated well. Our table felt that because we were in tshirts and plain clothing and not in dresses and suites we were treated poorly. I almost had to yell when speaking to the waiter because of the placement of speakers and even though i asked for minimal requests, none were met. We were granted a 15% discount but i will never come back here. I finally see my family after 10 years and this absolutely ruined the experiance for us. Even Abuba steakhouse you ca get better service and value.

Great restaurant located on the 3rd floor of double tree. Good selection of the menu. Good food and service. Price was not bad.

We’ve eaten here a couple of times during our recent stay at the Doubletree hotel, plus once for an evening World Cup final.

Our first visit was for lunch, having a ribeye steak, and squid for entrees. Expensive for Jakarta, but a nice meal. Check for Hilton promos, they had a 25% discount for us.

Second visit was for our anniversary, and we brought a kid and brother-in-law along. We had the sweet potato nachos, which I wasn’t too hopeful for, but was actually pretty good.

Ordered two soups, a tomato and lobster bisque. I didn’t feel the bisque was worth the price, however.

The star of the evening was the Tomahawk steak. Australian meat was about 1.8kg. It was sliced at the table, and included 4 sides, and 4 sauces. The black pepper and local sambal were my favorite sauces. The chimichurri was my least favorite.

The meat worked perfectly for the 4 of us. Everyone really enjoyed the meal. It’s the most expensive item on the menu at IDR 2,450,000, but for 4 people it’s not bad.

They gave us a nice dessert platter for our anniversary, and we had to work to finish it.

The management and staff at Seagrain and Open restaurant downstairs are both great.

Food and ambience were good but we felt cheated because the tax and service charge were calculated from the before discount amount. When we ask the cashier, she just said it in the system she cant do anything about it.

I came here a long time ago but I will come back for sure. Les plats étaient superbes! Aside from delicious, the dishes were fashionably pretty. The steak was so good. The atmosphere was elegant with view of city lights. The service was awesome with friendly staffs.

Last night i was invited to dine here, i ordered oxtail soup, tom yam soup, cheese cake with raspberry dip. They were all great, the king prawn dipped in tomyam soup is unforgettable. I surely will come again

If you come here, the smaller dishes (tapas) will tempt you but I suggest sticking with the main entrees. Our tuna was perfect and our risotto excellent but the french fries and bisque were average.

It appears the chefs know how to make the main courses very well but some of the side dishes are unusual and your experience may depend on which line cook gets your order. (January 2020)

Buffet di Sea Grain emang gausah diragukan lagi, makanannya semua cantik2 dan yang paling penting rasanya enak2 banget! Apalagi kalian bisa sambil party sambil liat pemandangan Jakarta. Favorit aku itu yaitu si Black Angus Op Ribs (grilled Large Portion of Angus Beef Ribs served with BBQ sauce). So yummy!

Nice restaurant. Super friendly staff. Great food. The seafood platter was very good. Steak was grilled to perfection.

The best steak in town, they have weekday lunch set menu which only IDR 208+ you can get the choice of main course with buffet appetizer and dessert selection. Of you have credit card BCA or Mandiri you can get add 50% off

This is a dinning restaurant in Double Trees Hotel at Pegangsaan area a d served steak and pizza. The interior layout was good with appropriate distance between tables. The steak was delicious and tasty. The pizza was depend on the kind of toppings and ingredients those might fulfil your choice. The beverage varied between soft drinks, tea, coffee, seasonal fresh fruit juices, beerd, wines, and whiskey.

Cozy place the jordanian food was great, unfortunately less of soup and serve to cold.hope it will better for the next visit

Overall restoran ini nyaman dan makanannya enak. Saya datang kesini saat buka puasa, sejujurnya menunya kurang menarik tapi rasanya enak.

Makanan nya enak dan banyak pilihan menunya.namun jarak antar meja berdekatan.mungkin krn pas bukber jd ditambah kapasitas nya

Datang ke restoran ini untuk menikmati iftar buffet. Pilihan menu ada makanan indonesia, spanyol, tunisia, jordania, dan a little bit western. To be honest, makanannya kurang menarik dan pilihannya kurang oke. Salad kurang bervariasi pilihan isiannya; western terbatas hanya daging, pasta, dan roti ; utk dessert terlalu asing namanya. Makanan yg enak menurut saya hanya pasta dan risotto. Untuk ambience cukup oke, lampunya temaram.

We tried the Tomahawk 1kg medium rare cooked, the price is worth it with juicy meat, great taste!

Food was OK, Service excellent, Environment Pleasant and Prices High. We stopped in here looking for a good restaurant in the area and the positive reviews convinced us to try it even though it was in a hotel. We were moderately disappointed. The real bright spot was the staff which were pleasant and eager to please. The low side was the food was only so so and priced high. We started off with the Gazpacho which was really the only outstanding part of the meal. We also had the oxtail croquettes as an appetizer, and they were OK, but really did not have much flavor and the texture was not great (watery in the middle). For a main I had the spring chicken which again was OK, but nothing special. My wife had the Salmon, which was pretty good, but again nothing very special. Since the mains did not come with any sides I ordered the fried Jalapenos, which were spicy, but nothing more - texture was not good and flavor was not good. I like spicy food, but not spicy for the purpose of spicy - I like spicy with great flavors. My wife had the egg plant dish. She explicitly asked if it was spicy as she does not eat spice and was told it wasn't. Unfortunately when it came it was spicy. They were very nice however and made her a new batch which was not spicy. She enjoyed it. Overall if the price were lower it would be fine, but with the price as high as it is, it was not worth it to us.
