Salad stop MOI, gila pelayanannya ga ramah bgt.mba2nya muka pada jutek2 banget!
Orang baru pertama kali tuh bukannya di kasih tau atau dilayanin dgn baik, kaya ketus2 bgt itu mba2 berjilbabnya.
Blom bayar ganti menu wajar kali, namanya baru pertama nyoba.mukanya jutek2 banget ga ada senyumnya. Perlu banget di training tuh mba2nya, suru banyak2in senyum.
Pertama kali dateng dan ga akan beli disini lagi.
Sayang banget padahal salad stop enak banget. Tapi karena pelayanannya sangat jelek sangat berpengaruh buat restorannya.

Restoran tolol udah nunggu sejam blm di proses.
Ditanya bkn nya ngadem2in malah kasir nya nyolot.

The salad is always good as ussual. We ordered Hola Chicken and Beef brisket ensalada. The beef was a bit overcooked unlike ussual.

I paid with chope voucher and they seemed confused, they couldn't log in to their app or something like that. Until I was done with my food they still cant resolve the issue and didn't offer any solutions.

There is a sign of 'Order Here' but the cashier didn't ask me anything when I queued (no other people at the time). Suddenly, other people went directly to the cashier and got served. When I asked why, the cashier had the audacity to say: if you want to choose the topping by yourself, you can do it, but if you want to order straight from the menu, you can go to the cashier directly (the one with 'Pick up Here' sign).

This isn't the first time I ordered and in other branches they always followed the sign. Please retrain your cashier in the Mall of Indonesia branch. Thank you

Baru aja pesen online saladstop moi, pesan jam 6.35, baru ready di ambil 7.30, gile. 1 jam gitu.rame atau memang lelet entahlah, dr MOi ke rumah butuh 30 menit.ya sudahlah 1.5 jam pemesanan.keburu laper dan makan yg lain.

Totally different taste compared with take away or ordering from Gojek or Grab. Hail Caesar taste so good, perfect combination of sauce and fresh crisp romaine lettuce.

I tried many wraps around the world. But this one needs more work. It's wet and soggy after half hour. Messy eating.salad is fresh. But not the meat / protein. I try different menu next time tough.
