I cannot believe the management policy at Salad Stop! I eaten umpteen times at salad stop. Today I order one kokoro through go food. The staff called me and says they ran out of alfalfa. I said that’s fine, but what are their suggestions. They say there will be one item less! Out of curiosity, I asked will you increase the portion of other items slightly? They say no, other items are fixed - one spoon- I just have to accept whether to I buy with no alfalfa or I can cancel my order.
It’s almost laughable. Surely the management can teach the staff that they should either substitute the item, or, increase the portion of the available items in kokoro! To just supply one item less with no adjustments to price or other quantity is just not the right way to treat your customers ha ha.
The staff is very nice there. I eaten many times there. This response to customer is just unbelievable and laughable! Could management please look into this! Hope you can Stop this salad practice!
Saladnya enak! Kenyangin, cuman tempat makannya ngk memadai until makan di tempat. Pelayanannya juga ngk seramah tempat lain Dan again lama kasirnya.

Great food, ridiculously over priced. Even for a foreigner. The place was empty, no wonder!
All the ingredients are healthy and fresh. If you are health freak this place is a must. Even the pasta was so good. And A little bit pricey.
