12Bener bener pelayanan nya sangat buruk, udh 3 haru coba telp ga ada 1 telp pun yg bisa nyambung, aneh banget sama perusahaan yg ga mengutamakan kepuasan customer, ko bisa ya perusahaan sebesar ini utk angkat telp aja susah sekali
Had been delayed for 4 hours late than the previous schedule. And just now they announced that boarding will be 40 minutes late than the reschedule. So it is late about 4 hours and 40 minutes
Never answer phone calls. Their website is also a big mess. Can't even select seat online.
These guys are scam artists. Hope you guys self-combust. No star would be the perfect rating for you. Are you even with Qantas?
A good experience when flying with Qantas. Always safe and the stewards/stewardesses are Professional. Always consistently friendly and helpful
Hopeless staff - no one answers the phone and it’s not qantas but a Singaporean travel agent!
Saya terbang dari Denpasar/Bali ke sydney pada tgl 1 Juli 22 dengan bagasi 1 koper & 1 kotak dan setiba di sydney dalam antrian bagasi saya tidak ditemukan dan dari lost & found mengatakan akan mengirimkan bagasi saya tetap ditunggu sd tgl 3 Juli siang Jam 2 (1,5 hari) belum ada kabarnya, kemudian kami ke airport menanyakan perihal bagasi kami dan disuruh tunggu, akhirnya bagasi kami ketemu dan diserahkan kepada kami, kemudian kami tanyakan kepada staff Qantas perihal kompensasi atas ketinggalan bagasi kami lalu dijawab dengan ketus tidak ada, sungguh sangat disayangkan atas pelayanan yg buruk kepada penumpang yg dirugikan, karena akibat ketinggalan bagasi kami terpaksa kami hrs menbeli pakai pakaian kami.padahal Qantas adalah Australian Flag carrier yg begitu jeleknya pertanggungjawaban & pelayanan kepada penumpangnya.
JANGAN MAU DIHANDLE HARTATI
CSO ga bisa di tlp, hrs di datangi langsung. Sempat kontak lewat email dgn HARTATI / TATI, jawabannya sangat ga profesional. Wkt mau reschedule awal ditangani dia, dia charge 1.8jt. Masih mau mikir2 dl, dan akhirnya balik lg ksana utk reschedule, ditangani CSO lain, jauh lbh ramah dgn jawaban yg oke. Charge reschedule nya cuma 1.3jt.
Could not get thru both local numbers nor the toll free number, Waited for almost 1 hour and still nobody aswered. Wanted to book using flight credit but seems they make it so difficult for customer do book, whilst our money is already in their bank account. Qantas practice is really unfair for their client.unfortunately, very sad.
Entah mengapa no telp kantor Qantas Jakarta tidak bisa dihubungi. Sudah berkali-kali yang jawab hanya mesin penjawab. Mohon perhatiannya, karena kami pengguna jasa yg butuh informasi penting. Kalau tidak butuh pasti tidak telepon.
Di telp in untuk ubah tgl tiket pesawat kok susahhhh bner.tlp cm 1 dan nada sambung doang udah 2 harian full saya tlp ga pernah d angkat! Kecewa
I have to gave this 2 stars score only by the reason of the officer's attitude when answering a phone call. I don't know what her problem is, she still did a good job and service but zero attitude when it comes to a proper manner of answering a phone call. Hope u got ur life problem solved, god bless u.
