11Sebenarnya saya ke toko ini "kecelakaan", karena mau upgrade groupset flatbar SRAM AXS.beberapa toko lebih suka upgade sepeda berdasarkan groupset, bukan berdasarkan parts.ternyata probicycle sudah ada pengalaman mengupgrade groupset flatbar SRAM AXS.jadi akhirnya saya putuskan upgrade sepeda flatbar AXS disini.mas wisnu sebagai adminnya probicycle mantap! Saya request item berdasarkan rekomendasi dari supportnya SRAM, langsung direspon dengan cepat dan langsung dikerjakan.orangnya mau dengerin keluhan konsumen dan selalu online di WA probicycle.mekaniknya juga bagus.apalagi aksesnya ke toko dekat dengan stasiun MRT dan banyak kuliner sekitar situ.top buat probicycle!

Great place to shop and servicing bike and cycling apparels. Employees also quite good when serving customer. Easy access to go by MRT/Transjakarta. Please note to contact the admin to make appointment for service or you may queue for some customer. The shop quite busy but well managed. Service quality are done by well experience technician, I order only by pak Johnn to service or repair for my bikes.
Great store with wide range of collections from cycling apparel, frames and other parts. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, definitely worth a visit when you come to Jakarta.

Contacted the seller via whatsapp. Invited to the store to do the fitting (my home was quite far), but when i was ready to make payment, suddenly they said the bike was not ready and needs more than 1 month order. They ok'd to deal without checking the availability first. And that made me disappointed. But overall, the store was okay, many great bikes and apparels was displayed
