Popolamama Pizza and Pasta

Spaghetti carbonara asinan bgt, pizza b aja nothing spesial, yg better cuma chicken wing bbq doang, ga worth it lah buat makanan d mall.

It has been a big struggle for us to find vegetarian food in Jakarta. This restaurant has been an Oasis in a desert and has saved us on at least 3 days out of our 8 day trip in Jakarta.

The vegetarian options while limited are excellent.

We had pizzas on 2 days and on the 3rd we had the soups and spaghetti. The soups were as good as they could get and the spaghetti hit the spot!

They have a fantastic team with dede taking care of us as she was able to communicate well in English.

The chefs were quick with the food but everything was cooked well and flavorful.

Would definitely return and highly recommend for any vegetarians out there!

Understaff, kurang orang, staffnya juga loyo (kurang semangat)
Makanan, pizza nya jempol, tapi yg lain2 B saja cenderung kurang
Suasana, terlalu remang2, sempit jg untuk penempatan meja kursinya

This place is slept on. Hands down the best italian food i had around Jakarta. I ordered the Pescatore which is flawless. Pasta is fresh and cooked al dente, the sauce is rich and creamy and the seafoods are cooked just shy from getting overcooked, in other words perfect. My compliments to the chefs, bravo

Showed up here at 9: 05pm and despite a stipulated 10pm closing time, their kitchen had already closed and they were no longer accepting customers. A one-hour closing period is way too long.

Had to watch my food went cold on the counter until the waiter took it, 10 minutes later, to our table. I just LOVE the taste of room temperature pasta.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon and you guys only have 3 people to serve? During peak hour? What is this, MODERN SLAVERY? Won't be coming back until you hire more people to serve. I honestly feel bad for your waitresses. Do better.

Food is average, service is worst, manager level doesn't even let the guest keep the menu book for longer "karena buku menu terbatas". (then goes straight to put the menu book on top 3 piles of other menu book). Result? You missed another order from me.refill ocha dikasi 1/4 gelas ajah.

Italian place but japanase? I think its quite pricy, comfortable seating and tasty pasta. The pizza is decent, not good not teribble.

Layan kurang bagus karyawan tidak bagus bangset sampe saya mau ribut restoran tidak bagus banget layan buat driver ga minta maaf anjing kesel saya

Actually the flavor it self is good but the service is awful i usually went to one in aeon mall BSD and they are decent, but this branch definitely not recommended

Oke, Ini hari minggu, staff sangat sedikit, terbatas, tapi.judge a book by it's cover eh? Saya dan suami pakai celana dan kaos uniqlo santai. Saya sadar tenant kekurangan orang. Suami memanggil waiters berkali-kali. Setelah terakhir ada waiters di bagian dalam yang melihat suami saya memanggil, datang waiters lain yg sepertinya diminta waiters didalam utk melayani yg diluar. Ketika ke luar, waiters tersebut malah mengabaikan suami yg bilang "saya yang memanggil" dan malah melewati suami saya dan beranjak ke kursi sebelah saya yang waktu dia keluar, mereka BARU memanggil waiters tsb. Saya sampai harus memberi peringatan kalau saya yg memanggil DULUAN, baru dia berbalik ke arah saya. Harus ya saya teriak dulu baru dilayani? Krn sebelah lebih modis? Pdhl kami pesan lebih banyak loh. Lanjut. Makanan tiba cukup cepat. Tp Sup yg saya pesan sudah dingin ketika diantar.dan pizza pesanan saya baru datang setelah makanan lain habis (lebih dr 15 menit, jelas). Sangat sulit meminta refill minum. Potato gratin kurang enak. Untungnya sup, pizza dan pastanya enak. Cuma. Sangat, sangat, sangat kecewa.

Cukup kaget juga tempat ini masih bertahan setelah Pandemic, dr sekian restaurant di taman angrek banyak yg berguguran.
Kebetulan yg kita order semuanya enak.

Kecuali chicken steak spaghetti nya rada ga nyambung yah, kayanya spaghetti dia ganti mash potatoes lg ok. Sauce nya yg ga nyarep d spaghetti, mungkin krn fresh made, jd ga blanded to the spaghetti.

Pizza gaya neopolitan mmg selalu bikin nagih, pizza Dough nya tipis crispy dipinghir, chewy bagian tengah, jg kl bis makan tuh ga bikin brgah malah bikin nagih, kaya berasa pengen makan terus.
Pizza banana cinnamon nya enak, cocok bgt buat penutup setalah yg gurih".

Mungkin klo peralatan masaknya ditambah dan kokinya ditambah orderan lebih cepat selesai, pesan pasta bisa 1 jam lebih, gila nih tempat, orangnya ga sampe 50an pengunjungnya, tapi pegawainya ga sampe berapa orang, ngerti lagi masa pandemi tapi ga gitu juga

Many selections of pasta, pizza and other fusion food. Definitely worth it! And it has halal certificate too ️

Salad n hot matcha nya yg enak.utk menu lainnya rasanya lumayan aja. Silahkan dicoba.kl lg ke Taman Anggrek.

This is the third branch of Popolamama that i've tried. For me, the quality of the food is still the same as the other branches. The pasta is wonderful with worthed prices. This place is a bit nicer than the other branches though, so now this is my favorite branch

To dine in they applied the rules that now all public area must use, use pedulilindungi to check in, service was good, taste of pizza and pasta, we love it.

Oh my. Enak banget Lasagnanya ️ ga rugi beli yang party pack, abis berdua (pdhl bisa up to 4 org) bisa pesan via admin.adminnya juga gercep dan sangat care. Excellent service! Great job Popolomama, stay strong!

Taste is ok. Price is rational for restaurant inside shopping mall. Parking area is ok. Covid-19 protocol not too strictly executed here, except physical Distancing by separating chairs to sit. Ambiance is ok. Staffs seem not too genuine friendly. Their attitude still can be improved better. Payment: cash & card.
