Pizza Express - PIM 2

They served well with the new health protocols. The plates come warms and clean, the staff put distance and wear face shield and face mask all the time. They serve the food with carefully. Food still as good as use too, but just some of the old menu dish no longer available.

The romana pizza was good. I like the chili oil on it so it's already spicy. The mushroom sauce was also so delightful with strong scent, but not too much.

Although they don't serve beer/wine which must be fit these fine pizza and etc, we would love to visit this Pizza Marzano again because of its wide range of pizza menu and its taste. A bit crowded and sometimes staff seems like get confused wheather they took order or were called, but still it's acceptable with this price range and fine quality.

The taste is kind-of-close to authentic Italian Pizza and pasta. We love their Pizza (Our usual menu is Quattro Formaggi Pizza for cheese lover) and several Pasta menu (one of them is their Pennette Pollo Pesto, a delicious one)

Crew and staff quite helpful, got no problem with their attitude or service. Will definitely return one in a while, since it is near to our residence.

Ciamik sama pizza2 nya. Buat non Pizza Lover sih quite yummy. Love the place for hang out with friends, chichat, instagrammable spot, specially the down light.

Slow service with understaffed team in non-peak hours. Waited over an hour for garlic bread and it was only 10: 30am. Manager was not able to give a solution, and instead gave excuses to our slow food. We asked for our status, said it was being cooked, but it was not put into their system. By the time we got our pizza, some of the items were not fully cooked. Unbelievably bad level of service coming from a well respected chain. They didn’t even give me my credit card back after I paid to leave. If you want to eat pizza here, expect long wait times, undercooked pizzas and dissapointment.

Rasa pizza enak, adonan pizza dan isiannya enak sekali. Tempatnya juga sangat nyaman sekali. Nyaman juga untuk anak& keluarga

The renovated Pizza Marzano in Pondok Indah Mall is a great place to visit. They consistently serve excellent thin classic pizzas that's always fresh and flavorful. Even the simplest pizzas taste so good. The rest of the menu is also tasty: so many choices of yummy appetizers and pasta. The waitstaff are very attentive and helpful.

Enak rasanya, ak lbh prefer pizza dibanding pasta dr segi taste, harga pasta kisaran 80-100k, harga pizza 90-125k seingetku.pelayanan bgs overall ak sukaaa.

Good pizza restaurant, quite pricey but it worth your money. Fast service and friendly staff, also with new renovation, the place is now more spacious. Love it!

You can fin thin crust pizza and other italian food here. Be ready to wait long until your order arrive. Price is higher than Pizza Hut. Not very good atmosphere as it becomes crowded on weekends.

Offers a number of pizza and pasta. I like their pizza because it's think and crunchy. They also have free refill option for drinks

Worst service ever. Asked for a fork and the waitress handed me a dirty fork from the next table over. Waited 20 minutes for our drinks and 40 minutes for a pizza.

Tempat favorit untuk keluarga saya sebelum renovasi. Sebelum renovasi, masakannya enak enak. Sekarang setelah renovasi, makanannya jd tidak enak. Kecewa berat.

Baru direnovasi jadi lebih luas dan nyaman. Kalau lagi beruntung, bisa duduk dengan spot foto yang oke. Pelayanan cepat dan ramah.

Take away.katanya 15 menit.tau2nya 1jam lebih.baru kali ini beli pesen pizza sampai 1 jam. Padahal gak begitu ramai. Sangat mengecewakan!

The food is very good, but the food comes in a wierd order. First the starter then the drinks than the main corse. And the main corse 10 minutes apart.

I absoloubtly love thus restaurant! Good service, delicous food, and a family friendly restaurant. You could tell that the food was made with good quality if you taste it. The restaurant was clean and mist if the restaurants are in a good location

Great food, good location on the ground floor. Suitable when dining with your parents or with small kids.
