Food is great, but the service is confusing. The waiters often came when I didn't need them, but they couldnt be found when I need them.

Located inside of Senayan City, I was went here to meet my friends. Meal was great, I ordered pasta and meatballs for starters. I adore the meatballs so much. It tastes perfect esp tomato sauce was delish because savoury and sweetness blend real well in this appetizer. We also ordered Bellini and minestrone soup which also taste well, but didn't get the chance to order the pizza since we're all full. I will definitely comeback for those yummy meatballs and as a self-proclaimed carnivore, I do longing to have some cold cuts platter on my next visit.

Saya tunggu 30 menit lebih untuk 1 spaghetti pomodoro. Sangat kecewa dengan service dan quality jelek yang diberikan. Harga mahal tapi tidak sepadan. Very disappointed, will never return again!

PIPPO Senanyan City Jakarta. Restaurantnya bagus namun untuk tablenya tidak banyak jadi disarankan untuk reservasi terlebih dahulu. Makanannya enak apalagi chicken Grillnya sangat empuk tetapi untuk waktu penyajiannya lumayan lama nunggunya. Hostnya kurang ramah. Menyepelekan tamu yang datang. Kurang welcome.

Food experience wasn't that impressive compare to other tenant's Italian menus at Senayan City. Aside to that, staff hospitality needs to be improves significantly.

Kami datang pada waktu makan siang. Nampaknya tempat ini dikunjungi oleh banyak artis Indonesia. Peramuniaganya kurang ramah.

Great place to chill. They mainly served Italian dishes. As for drinks they have quite range for it. They also frequently making promotions for their menus. Their outdoor smoking room is quite spacey and great. Not to mention all the good service and friendly barista.

European dine in with more to Italian cuisine. You can find Fectuccini with various topping-of-your-choice and good imported beer.
Good ambience especially for romantic dinner and unwind.
Lamb chop and steaks are well serves in Pippo.

"Another Italian joint? Aren't you guys getting tired of pastas? ". But a fateful night brought me into this strange new place. One offering appealed to my curious palate: fish ravioli stir fried with vongole, tomato, and garlic in perfect done-ness. Between that visit and this review, I have made 2 other visits (ordering the same exact menu) in the late afternoon where the sun shone just right highlighting two perfect afternoons.

The food taste is upper average, and the portion kindly small.and I think the price little bit expensive, but consider this is located at premium mall.so maybe acceptable.

This is the most authentic Italian restaurant in Jakarta. Foods very nice, service top notch. Recommended

If you want your food with a cloud of cigarette smoke, this is the place for you. Even as you walk into the area it smells like stale cigarettes. When you're fully inside, it's an open area with one half of the room "smoking" and the other half "non smoking". Even if the food was good, there is no way you can enjoy your food properly with this much cigarette smoke. Forget enjoying your wine when you can't even breathe properly.

I can only comment that the resturant-cafe should not authorize smoking in dinning area since the mall doesnt authorize smoking in the entire mall.
I was sick from the smoke and my cloths smelling bad.
This is only good for smokers.

If you are a smoker and you want to chill with your buddy in an aircon room.this is one of (only) few places at Senayan City Mall. I strongly recommend the blank ink pasta (forgot the name of the menu though). The ice coffee latte tasted good too. This place also served free flow of wine at certain time cmiiw.

They have a large selection of wine and alcoholic beverages. It's in the middle of the mall and quite separated from other bar/pub area, so it feels quite strange to get in in the middle of the day.
They have indoor and outdoor area with the indoor area have a more formal vibe to it.
The staffs are friendly and responsive, although the dish took quite some time to be served.
