Foods are great and service are also great. The place is very comfy and classy; there are no complaints at all from me. All great, might come back here again someday

We are very disappointed. Given the reputation of the restaurant, this is very bad. We ordered Chicken Leg w/ Mashed Potato and it was served RAW. There was also insect inside my Ice Tea. The Spaghetti Aglio Olio is tasteless. The Canele's texture is weird. The Croissant is hollow, it is hard outside and empty (flourless) inside like failed dough. Other than that, everything is just decent. A lot of things to work on, sadly. Hopefully the feedback helps. Thank you.

Love the taste and the menu, usually order the tea time set menu. The menu consists of hot coffee/tea and assorted cake/ macaroons. I hope the menu always available for forever wkwk.
The place also quite cozy.

Paul di plaza senayan tempat nya enak nyaman bersih juga, pwlayanannya disini juga cepet dan makanannya enak enak bangett, cocok banget buat meeting disini atau ngerjain tugas

Good food, good vibe, good service and always room for desert ;) just perfect place for a girls night out.

The Air Con is out of service I think, so a little bit hot inside the Store, compare inside the Mall. The Coffee was Good, and love it the Fries.

My wife saw a female waitress from Paul going into the bathroom, at the same time with her, and after using the toilet, DID NOT WASH HER HANDS, and went back to the bakery section again. That's disgusting. WE ain't never gonna eat at Paul's, ain't touching paul with a ten foot pole. If the owner reads this. Please pay attention to your hygiene protocols.

In some how, kali ini kami menunggu cukup lama untuk di serving (memesan menu dan menambah menu), kami tanyakan ini dan katanya memang sedang kekurangan waiter. Yg laen cukup standard.

Suasananya tenang dan santai dengan sajian musik dari france. Tambah nikmat dengan segelas cofelate. Bersama teman2 tercinta. Jet aime

Totally dissatisfied with my visit to Paul plaza senayan earlier today. Saya pesan minum, minuman baru keluar 1 jam setelah saya pesan…itupun setelah dua kali saya tanyakan ke waiter. Nunggu minuman satu jam, gapapa saya masih sabar. Lalu saya mau minta bill, berkali kali pencet call button di meja, tapi tidak ada yang datang. Akhirnya saya panggil langsung waiternya dan minta bill…40 menit bill saya belum juga dateng, saya tanya lagi ke waiter, disuruh tunggu lg, minta bill aja masa harus tunggu hampir satu jam? Akhirnya saya langsung datangi ke counter kasir, harus antri & antriannya tidak jelas jalurnya sampai sampai antrian di depan saya berantem. Banyak sekali customer lain yg juga marah marah karena pelayanan sangat minus…padahal situasi juga gak ramai ramai banget. Saya jadi bingung ini apasih yg buat lama? Dear management…please fix this issues. Thank you

Expensive and a sort of arrogance

The quality is fairly ok but not really good. The croissans are soft and not original. The taste is soso. Bread also not real French its more like made factory. It looks all better as it is and the place is noisy.

Pelayanan baik, cocok untuk yg mau ngobrol atau nongkrong.ada area outdoornya juga.menyediakan banyak macam coffee, tea, snack.

Maybe they ran out the staff, service a bit slow. Request will take up after u call them at least twice.

A luxury cafe with bakery. Great place if you want to have a meet-up or chat with someone. Typically people spend around 150-200k per person for lunch or 50-100k for coffee and pastry. We ordered pasta from their lunch menu. The taste of the pasta has a bit of an asian twist to it which surprised us but we're not the biggest fan of it. Even though they don't have vegetarian options, some items can be modified to make it vegetarian/meat-less. Overall it's good.
