The worst bakery branch by Paul I have ever been!

Usually, I really appreciate visits at PAUL bakery in other countries but in Indonesia as well. You get a good and standardized quality of coffee, baked goods and food. But I made the worst experience at Paul Bakery Pacific place.

The ambience is nice, it is right in front of the Pacific place mall with the option to sit inside or outside. The decoration is nice, however, the same as in every restaurant by Paul (french style).

The service was absolutely horrible. The staff seemed to be annoyed by every guest incoming, not willing to be active and to serve the guests. We waited for quite a long time until we asked to order, receiving eye roll, annoyed look, unfriendly greeting and snort as reaction. We were a group of three people with a simple order (3 coffee drinks and 2 desserts) and the waitress did not get what we would like to order, neither in English nor in Bahasa Indonesia. After talking to her colleague, we needed to reorder because 3 of 5 flavours of Eclair were sold out. We picked one of the availables and.she served the opposite and was not willing to change it.

The food on that day had also not the quality I am used to at Paul´s. We ordered one millefeuille besides the eclair and it tasted like it had already lied in display for days. It had no taste anymore and was more dried than juicy. Sorry, Paul can do it better!

Sudah bolak balik sini untuk pastry nya.

Dari dulu memang pelayanan sangat kurang. Makanan juga biasa saja, pastry nya memang enak.

Terakhir ke sana pesan hot cappuccino, 40 menit baru keluar. Dari saya blm mulai meeting smp selesai cappucino pun ga keluar.

Minumannya enak pelayanannya juga bagus (Mas Yudha) gercep banget dan sangat membantu.thanks yaa PAUL & mas yudha for your assist

The place is a bit hot inside due to setting of glass roof. The aircon can't beat the heat from outside

Kue nya enak2. Harga worth it untuk tempat nya. Service jg oke, pisau saya jatuh tp saya ga minta ganti, tapi staff nya mas Aldi langsung menawarkan untuk dikasi pisau baru. Thankyou, will be back kalo lg di jakarta:)

The foods taste is quite good but the customer service is poor. Forget the order, mixed up the items in the take away.are they reduce rhe numbers of the staff during this pandemic? The ambiance is okay since it's outdoor.

If you love pastry then u should visit PAUL. The brand speak for itself, great food and ambience. Great selection of pastries.

Good place to have meetings with friends or colleagues. The fancy interior matches its foods. And of course, its prices too.

Zero stars for service. The Food Quality is pretty good but the service is absolutely non-existent.we waited about 30 minutes until someone actually took our order, then we waited another 20 minutes for everything to come out, but they didn't even bring our coffee or water out first which seemed odd. IN addition, my eggs were cold, but overall the food is pretty good. Also, toast comes with the meals we ordered and we had to order butter and jelly separate for an additional charge. This was my second visit here and both times the service makes it a cringe-worthy experience.

Good food, not so good staff. They seemed rude and we didn’t feel like we were welcome. Ordered the Mediterranean ciabatta - it had great flavours and the bread was good too. The tea they serve comes in a huge pot with two huge cups of tea. Quite strange that they refused to give us another empty cup to share the tea, surely they don’t expect one person to finish the whole pot? Wouldn’t go back only because of the staff.

Typical French bakery/ cafe. Pastries are just okay, nothing outstanding.

Visit Paul's today for high tea and decided to have coffee. Wanted fresh milk but waitress said Rp. 10.000 for fresh milk. WTF. I never in my life was charged for milk for my coffee. What is this world coming to?

Located in Pacific Place, Paul has booth indoor and outdoor seating area. Tried their hot chocolate and it was nice. Popular for breakfast meetings.

Paul patisserie is very convinence for meeting point. I orderered peppermint tea and breakfast menu. I like the environment and their bread

Cocok untuk kongkow ngobrol, tempat ngopi atau makan -makan kecil dengan suasana yang mewah dilokasi yang sangat bagus

Nice place for brunch and dinner!

Clean presentation, good taste and nice portion.
Chicken rotisserie was a bit dry and tasteless, but every sides is fine.

Coffee & Bakery - very crowded with many tantes holding their get togethers and bapak2 doing their meetings.book in advance if possible
