Had an amazing and tasty dinner. Ordered a black squid ink rissoto and a burger. Got a free choco pancake.thanks for the wonderfull service.

Kembali lagi ke resto ini setelah menghilan dua tahun lalu dan kembali lagi dengan menu baru, tersedia pasta sharing untuk 3-4 org dengan harga lebih terjangkau. Dan seteah renovasi rasanya makin lezat dan nikmat

Makanannya enak. Paling suka blueberry pancake dan mushroom pastanya. Untuk chicken breastnya so so lah. Pelayanannya ok.

Pancake nya enak dan porsinya banyak, minumannya pun enakk ga bikin enek padahal campuran susu dan cream cheese

It's a nice place, I like the food and the dessert. Love the waffle, pancakes, and crepes cake.

The service is nice too.

I recently returned to Pancious after quite some time. As a loyal customer of over a decade, I've always turned to Pancious whenever I've had a hankering for some indulgent, creamy pasta. Last night, my order consisted of two main courses and a dessert – the Basic Carbonara spaghetti and the Chicken and Blue cheese spaghetti. However, I noticed that the creamy texture in both dishes seemed thinner than I remembered, and it tended to be a bit too runny on every forkful. The pasta didn't cling well to the fork, and in my view, it would have been ideal if the sauce were thicker. Additionally, there were un-melted crumbles of Blue cheese left on the plate. Despite these observations, the overall taste still remained quite good.

As for dessert, we enjoyed a plate of Coco Baileys waffle topped with sliced almonds. My only suggestion here would be to incorporate a more pronounced alcohol taste into the chocolate sauce. The waffle itself wasn't overly dry and complemented the dish nicely. Overall, I had a pleasant dinner experience, but I do have some constructive feedback and hopes for improvements in the future.

Service is great, no bad faces, always ready to serve and refill. I went here just right before the last order time which is around 9.10pm

Tempatnya nyaman, staff nya juga ramah. Variasi pasta dan pancake nya banyak sampai rada bingung pilihnya.
Kalau install app pancious nya bisa kumpulin stamp tiap transaksi, dan stamp nya bisa dipakai untuk tukar makanan atau minuman.

Seperti biasa, pancious emang enak2.2 thumbs up buat service nya yang ramah, helpful, padahal keadaan restonya ramai. Untuk mas khairul, u did a great job! Product knowledge nya bagus banget, infoin promo2 yang berlaku, info produk, tau ada anak kecil dikasih kertas gambar dan pensil warna.mbak kasir juga saya lupa ga liat namanya, tapi dia ngarahin saya untuk download app nya tuk dapatin diskon dan voucher. Thanks a lot pancious emporium, staff2nya keren banget

Proses orderan online terlalu ribet, nunggu driver naik ke resto dulu padahal sudah geser tiba di resto.

Alasannya takut di cancell driver, kalaupun di cancell driver masuk ke driver lain.

Dan kasir bilang orderan baru masuk, padahal sistem yg ada selama ini orderan masuk ke resto dulu baru mencari driver

Prosesnya juga lama makanya driver tidak langsung ke resto karena tahu prosesnya lama.

Saya sangat puas dengan service dari mas Khairil (waitress) karena sangat gercep, kreatif dan ramah pada saat melayani customer. Catatan untuk pancious pusat: perlu diperbanyak ya orang seperti khairil, apabila service baik maka kami pelanggan pun akan dengan senang hati untuk kembali datang. Semoga cpt naik jabatan ya

Been a eating in this pasta and pancake house for a long time. Im not rating it 5 stars because their service, food and drinks are not consistent. But overall, I’m okay with it, for some reason, keep coming back.

- creamy mushroom soup: rasanya juara banget, gw suka banget, gw bingung sih milih kata kata buat jelasinnya, pokoknya menurut gw enak banget dah HEHEHEHEHHEEH

Food comes out long. Calling the waiter is difficult. Ask for an old bill. Looks like less staff
