Mozzeria Deli and Pizzeria

A friend's recommendation. So we went here and ordered us five piece of meals and one dessert. How should I put this. Everything's just very delicious! I really like the quattro formagi and their pastas. Will definitely come here again to barbaraically devour their pizzas. The service was really nice as well! I can say the price we pay paid off with what we get.

Just average food. Decent atmosphere and design. To my palate, under-seasoned. Mid-range price point.

Waktu lewat sini harum makanan memanggil manggil utk mampir, mana masih belum banyak resto yg buka di Dharmawangsa Square.

Lokasinya deket lobby Kinara, gak terlalu besar, ada indoor dan outdoor. Sepertinya banyak expatriate yg makan disini dibandingkan warga lokal.

Kami dilayani dengan baik, diberikan buku menu. Pilihan jatuh ke pizza Don Jon, ukuran pizza standard utk 2 orang. Harganya 165 ribu exclude tax, ada 6 potong pizza. Minuman nya teh chamomile. Disini open kitchen, bisa lihat koki nya masak dan tungku pizza nya lumayan besar.

Saya nungguin si koki memutar mutar pizza, kirain bakal dilempar lempar ternyata cuma diputar putar doang pizza nya fresh from di the oven, bahan-bahan nya juga fresh, saus tomat nya fresh. Masaknya gak lama, sekitar 5 menit masuk tungku udah keluar dan dihidangkan.

Rotinya enak, lembut dan gak keras. Biasanya saya makan pakai saus sambal, yg ini gak pakai saus sambal udah enak. Minumnya teh chamomile nya sepertinya dari Lipton, enak banget jadinya.

Quattro Formaggi pizza is the best, yang lain biasa aja

Mereka miss out peluang bisnis 1+ juta per hari karena tutup last order jam 19.15 padahal masih ada banyak demand pesan bagi orang walk-in tapi di tolak oleh karyawannya

My kids love pizza. Here is the place they can eat favorite pizza in jkt so far. So we always visit here rather than gojek.

Love how chill the place is! Food taste great! Its authentic italian, nothing fushion or fancy. Love the carbonara pasta! Love the simple cheese bruschetta with honey! And i love they have italian soda:) will be coming back for sure!

I went to Mozzeria today (Sunday) around 1.30 PM, ordered 2 pizzas; don jon and funghi also a cubano. Oddly enough, on a weekend, and during lunch hour, the deli ran out of pizza dough so they put the pizza order on hold, they need to make a new batch and informed me it will need about 30 minutes to prepare a new one.

So I add bacon & egg muffin to my order so we can fill up while waiting for the pizza. Soon, the waitress went back to our table and informed me that they need 1-2 hours to make next batch of pizzas. Since we got there just to try their pizza, it would be a waste of time if we go home without it. So I said to the waitress (Krist) that I don't mind waiting for the next pizza batch in the next 1-2 hour, I'd left my contact details so they can let me know when the pizza is ready, I'll grab it right away.

I closed my bill and just walk around for about an hour. No calls/message yet, so just went back to deli to check on my order, who knows it's done already. And, hey, whaddya know? It's done and nicely wrapped.
I asked the waitress, "why don't you call me when it's done? "
No answer, she just walk back; it's either she ignored my question or she didn't hear what I said?
So I said thank you and be on my way.
The pizza is no longer hot, it's probably done way earlier.
I tried the cold pizza at home, probably tasted better when it's hot & fresh from the oven.

I spent 650k at the deli, I questioned the service quality at the deli and am quite disappointed to be honest. I hope Mozzeria can improve their service so at least it's in par with the taste of their food and the money I spent there.

Love the carbonara here a lot. They used the egg yolk perfectly and it came out so creamy. The addition of cheese on top was also great. The guanciale was the highlight, it was juicy and flavorful. I also did order the quattro formagi pizza. There's an unexpectedly sweet taste to it, which i was not a fan of. Still the pizza dough itself was really great. Not suitable for takeaway tho, definitely something you have to eat on the spot.

Need to adjust to Indonesians liking (tastier, saltier) but overall ok and the pastry is, kudos to Noostrala

Had morning cappuccino and piccolo for caffeine dose of today. Order via apps is easy and simple. Will be back for pizza and specialities sandwich. Nice place with good ambience

Had the most amazing Italian Friday night dinner… pizza, chicken parmigiana and fantastic cocktails…. Great service, great food…. Great time! The cocktails were the Best

Dreadful playlist (nicki minaj, one direction, sia) please curate it better to be the same level as your food, at least.

Taste their pizza and I am sure their pizza quite authentic. Must try for Italian food lover

Pizza had no taste, staff not responding to digital order, they were busy with a birthday party in the kitchen.l on top of thst health and safety protocols are not followed in the kitchen.
For the high price totally not in line what is offered.

Beli bagel + cream cheese dengan harga 43 rb dtg hanya cream cheese, saya call pikir orgnya lupa tapi malah karyawatinya argumentative, alasan 1001 macam dan unproffesional sama sekali. Malah info harga cream cheesenya 43 rb padahal di aplikasi bagel harga 23 rb + cream cheese 17 rb. Servicenya very bery very extremely bad dan tdk ada etika!

Makanannya superb autentic, pelayanannya cepat, meat ball nya sih the BEST. Saran saya: harus ada greeter atau SOP penerimaan tamu yg lebih proper supaya tambah lebih professional, jadi guest ga kebingungan cari bangku sendiri.

Finally, a good reason to wake up in the morning and make trip to dharmawangsa square. This deli shop serves the best Neapolitan style pizza. All food are very straight forward simple with the best ingredients available.

Best for pork toppings. But they do have the non pork alternative.

They are available at online platform, but the pizzas are best enjoyed at the premise.

Best time: brunch, they starts from 8am daily.

Must try:
1. Anything with freshly made buratta.
2. Rosa sandwich w/foccacia (not on pic)
3. Bagel and Lox yuzu koshu (not on pic)
4. Scampi pasta
