Meatsmith Jakarta Gunawarman

I've been here twice and this time around, I felt the dine was a miss. The first time, I rather enjoyed my meal, but this time I asked for a ribeye rare and a filet medium rare and they mixed the two up. Because I was in a hurry, I didn't bring this up to the wait staff, but was disappointed. I do like the venue and their staff is friendly, but not always very attentive. I will most likely be back in the future and hope for a better experience.

Pesen chateaubriand, top blade, burger, dan bone marrow potato puree.untuk steak dan burgernya overall oke, tapi untuk potato puree nya cukup mengecewakan.saya dikasi bagian tulangnya, jadi gadapet isi sumsum nya sama sekali.pas ditanyakan ke pelayannya juga dibilang memang hanya dikasi tulang biasanya padahal kalau liat video orang di instagram seharusnya dikasi sumsum nya kok, mohon klarifikasi dan perbaikan service nya agar tidak menimbulkan salah paham lagi kedepannya

Kesini untuk ngerayain malem tahun baru. Baru book H-1 dapet di outdoor area karena katanya indoornya sudah full. Pas nyampe, ternyata ambience di outdoor kayak nongkrong di warung, nggak kayak lagi dinner akhirnya request untuk pindah ke dalem, tapi dapetnya di bar karena katanya sudah full juga. Ternyata selama duduk di bar hampir 2 jam, kosong juga sih indoornya

Well anyway, overall dishesnya okay untuk pricing point segitu. Menu yang dipesen:

1. Striploin, tingkat kematangannya pas di medium rare meskipun agak sedikit under seasoned menurutku. Sudah free 2 opsi sauces, pilih chimicurry dan mushroom sauce, tapi nothing special.
2. Potato Puree, lembut banget dan cocok dipair dengan steaknya
3. S’mores Chocolate Tart, enak nggak kemanisan ditambah ada burnt flavornya dari marshmallow yang dibakar. Pie crustnya juga lembut, enak

Steaknya enak, empuk, dan masih banyak gajihnya. Kebetulan ke sana pas Natal, 25 Desember 2023, jadi ada paket Festive Family Platter buat berempat. Pelayanannya baik banget dan peduli sama keinginan customer. Sausnya pun ada 3 macam, BBQ, Pepper & Mushroom. But harganya mahal ya karena dagingnya memang premium.

Overall is good, nice, and comfy. Cuma sayang aja top bladenya tadi ada bagian yang overcooked jadi pahit dan kurang bisa dimakan. Sisanya untuk small bites, side dish, beverage aman.

Serius steak w/ 150day dry aged beef. Love the place. Ambience is great and staff is very knowledgeable. Definitely going back for more

Cool atmosphere but service and food are just barely above an average mid level priced restaurant and for the price i wouldnt say its worth it, cool place tho, just needs better recipes with flavor

I have always been on a hunt for good steakhouses in Jakarta. Price point with good quality food is always a plus factor. Meatsmith has really good quality food and even the sides to starters are amazing. Will definitely be back. Thank u for the awesome service Meatsmith!

Great services and the foods are really fantastic! Should go and try. Its really awesome. Especially their smoked chicken.the staffs are so friendly and gave good recommendations.

Came here to try even though we had had dinner at somewhere else. But a bit curious. The interior wise looks very great from the lobby (1st Floor) to the dining area (2nd floor). But the food portion is very much disappointing, seeing they charge quite high price. As you can see on the picture, even the croquettes are very small. Even though it’s appetizer, you probably want to consider the portion size again. Burger size also small, and the meat was a bit dry but still tasty. Seeing how small and how their plating, made me lose my appetite. Well, maybe because they were quite packed when I came, they didn’t really pay attention much. But maybe I will give it a try once again to see if there’s something good from here.

We came for dinner with my fam.
Atmosphere was comfy and good for chill and talk.
Service, staff was helpful and friendly, explaining everything that we need.
Food
We had smoked potatoes croquettes which small, but delicious. Not salty, but it's good.
Brisket tacos which small bite also, the meat was amazing.
Main course all of us had steaks 300G top blade and striploin.
Was amaze me, I ordered for medium steak but when it come still red meat like rare steak cook but it still juicy and recommended to eat.

Went on Sunday afternoon around 3pm. Was very quiet, only us and 2 other tables. Double cheeseburger and fried brussel sprouts were great, especially the burger. I've rarely had a burger that didn't require ketchup or mayo to make it taste great (this is one of those cases). They only serve fairly expensive craft beers which I think is a disadvantage. I recommend they also serve normal beers like Heineken as well because the draft beers are quite expensive and the portion is small.

Appetizernya lumayan. But main course nya like porterhouse, meat platter nya biasa aja ya. Trus lg makan, ac nya netes lumayan deras ya jd kaget, aku lg menjamu clients pdhl

Visited here for at least two times. Wonderful steak (Smoked beef brisket, the 14-hour smoked was awesome! Meat was very tender, amazing Purée), wonderful people (served by Kak Ratu, super polite, helpful, fluent English). Well deserved for a steak house.

Try the Chimicuri Sauce:)

You can't go wrong, had one of the meat platters which was every bit & more as good as the big man guaranteed!

Semua isi platter nya enak, terutama brisket juicy n soft banget, slow smoked chicken nya is my favourite soalnya kerasa banget smokey nya and terutama ga overcook, overall oke banget and very recommended. All the staff juga very friendly. Must try!

Ordered 2 mains and 3 starters, all pretty much on point. Excellent cook on the steak. Lovely smokey brisket. Crispy buttermilk chicken.

If you are looking for a nice place to chat (great ambience, no loud noise) and have a great meal (with awesome service) on a Friday night.this is the place to go! Reading The Jakarta Post's recommendation led me here. Sure, it's a bit pricey, but not more so than other sweet spots in Senopati. Definitely worth every rupiah spent. Love it!

Great food.the steak was juicy and the fries was well seasoned. Service was excellent as well as the people were super friendly. Thanks for going out of your way and mixing up a special cocktail towards the end. Just super!
