Mcdonald's Pondok Indah

Selalu ramai, jadinya agak kurang nyaman, french fries digoreng terlalu kering, happy meals hadiah buku gak ada pilihan

The food was okay. The ordering screen wasn't really helpful as it can't accept any payment except gopay. The cashier was not nice to change the sauce on mcnuggets, but the guy on the counter is helping to change the sauce.

Surprise of declining services despite good food. For the atmosphere it is understanable with more congested and bad trafic surrounding the place. Those who brave the situation and condition are expecting good food and good service in return.

Pelayanan ojol lama. Yg layanin 1 orang udh tau ojol yg Dateng banyak. Customer biasa Drive true pada cepet. Aneh kita sama2 beli yg lewat ojol jg beli pengen jg cepat pelayanannya.

Pelayanan selalu LAMA, staff tidak ramah, makanan selalu keluar > 15 menit. Setiap ditanya jawabannya tidak ramah sama sekali!

Disini lebih banyak yang take away, jadi kalau langsung menikmati ditempat, gak pakai antri lama.

McD yg terletak di plaza pondok indah ini sdh cukup lama dan selalu ramai. Letaknya ygbl strategis dan dekat dg RSPI. Suasana ruang yg selalu update membuat suasana nyaman. Utk perokok di lt 2 balkon tempat bagus dg view jalan raya utama.ada counter kopi buat yg sekedar utk mampir menunggu kemacetan mencair. Utk yg ada sticker mcD di kaca depan mobil selalu ada yg free coba saja.

Food is standard. Most of the orders are via screen and food delivered to your table. Cost reduction off course. No smoking area available even in outside chair. Upper floor are very dirty. Seems that no employee are going upstairs to check and clean.

It's been twice they forgot to give my order, and is there any standard about mcflurry serving? Why each mcflurry that i order have different size serving?

Ke sini karna menu mcd yg new, alias mcflurry choco darknya. Makanan sih, gausah ditanya lah ya.tau lah mcd kek mana. Pelayanannya yg bedain disini, ramah bgt. Secara design tempat sih cukup oke buat anak muda yg mau nongkrong sambil ngopi or working in here. Good lah for mcdonalds pondok indah.

This outlet comes with McCafe. It has four ordering counters, including two counters for self-order with cashless payment system. It provides small playground for kids, clean restroom and praying room.

Upgraded store. Can use the self service menu or order via the counter. Store also has drive through facility along with a Mcafe. Plenty of indoor seating for dine in.

Kualitas makanan terjaga seperti standard McDonald's lainnya, yg membedakan disini lokasinnya, strategis pinggir jalan. Dan sangat membantu terutama untuk orang-orang yang lagi ada urusan sama RS Pondok Indah sih menurut saya. Dan ada dribe through nya disni.

Cukup ramai saat weekend, fasilitas tersedia 2 lantai sehingga dapat menampung cukup banyak pelanggan. Menu favorite: panas special.

Nice and cozy place for meeting friends, short chat etc. The place not only provides burgers but also some choices of light foods, coffees etc.
One of the options while waiting for the traffic to get better.especially if you are heading to cinere, pamulang, depot area from pondok indah.

There are only 2 mc donalds chain in pondok indah area. And this is 1 of them. The drive thru service is always in a long queue, maybe bcs the service is not as fast as drive thru in kemang. But staffs wise are vr friendly and informative whenever guests have to wait long for the drive thru

Great McDonald's. This Maccas also has the big tablets to order your food do it's way easier to order and or customize your order

Pelayananya goblok.ga teliti dalam pesanan.uda berapa kali pesan delivery disini selalu salah ga sesuai.ayam spicy dkasi ori, minum cola dikasi lemon tea, ayam dada dkasi paha atas.

Nyaman bersih dan modern, sudah bisa order lewat papan layar sentuh sendiri (self order self payment self service). Seperti cabang McD di luar.

McDonald's, Pondok Indah Plaza semakin modern dengan fasilitas order menu dengan touch screen. Tempatnya bagus nyaman dan cozy, bisa betah untuk nongkrong sambil ngopi-ngopi bisa melakukan pekerjaan multitasking. Pelayanannya makin cepat.
