Marutama Ramen

One of the best anmitsu in Jakarta, but disappointing ramen.

Plus:
+Best anmitsu with generous variety of ingredients and proper amount of sweetness; attention to detail is commendable; looks beautiful too
+Kind of hidden spot far from shopping area
+Can be accessed without going through the mall entrance
+Calm and classy atmosphere
+Good service; the waiters know to time the dessert and the main course

Minus:
-tried the tamago shoyu ramen and it is too salty; killing the flavor of other ingredients; i couldn't finish the ramen

Ocha paling pucat di Jakarta. Cost cutting di green tea powder kali. Gak ada rasa.

Ramennya sih enak. Kuahnya gurih.

Service is slow.

Came here during the 50% cash back promotion for GF Culinary member. After lunch time, it's not so crowded even though it's weekend. The staff was friendly, offering tea refill. The food was delicious.

My first time went here and searching for their best seller or their classic bowl of ramen. I ordered Tamago Ramen with black garlic broth (tori paitan/chicken bone base). Served with 3 sliced of chicken char siew (a bit pale but the char tasted okay) and a marinated soft bolied egg.

100% worth every penny. Intense soup, thin straight noodle, and a bunch of protein

Kali ini mencoba Zōsui special set menu

Jumat malam makan di Marutama pakai voucher dari Traveloka. Maknyus! Satu voucher udah dpt ramen, ocha dan matcha strawberry. Tinggal nambah telurnya aja.

The broth not so thick so it produced a plain taste, because the taste is so so.i think the price is too damn expensive

Hands down BEST RAMEN IN TOWN. What else can I say? Tamago is ALWAYS cooked to perfection. Broth is so rich it prolly can make it rain on ya lol. And their Yaki Char Siew, omg.best!

Used to be good. 5 years ago.
Now the ramen is way too salty for me.
But the tamago is still very good. The tamago make it 3 stars (was thinking to give 2 stars)

Perfect place to go if you like thin ramen. The soup tastes just right and not overly flavored with MSG. One complaint I have is that the management should manage the kitchen better because all the tamago (which is the restaurant's favorite) is sold out before dinner time.

I love love love the tamago ramen with the original soup, the soup is so tasty and the ramen or noodle itself is so flavorful, the service is good, the waiters are so friendly, i will definitely come back here again!

I had high hopes on this one but this definitely not cup of my tea. I really love ramen when people bragging about this i think i had to get out from comfort zone so i tried this but IDK i dont enjoy this even if it says pork ramen but I can't find any pork taste in their soup (i just realized broth made from chicken) so i didn't enjoy it.

Tried one in Mall of Indonesia

Broth is unique but the noodle was just OK

The curry was OK, the carrots wasnt fully cooked (still really hard or it was their style? Idk) the katsu was even harder

The only good thing was the karaage

I think the one in MOI wasn't quite ready yet to handle the crowd

Want to give it 4star but considering the price there's a vast choice that taste better around here

Salah satu ramen terenak di Jakarta. Kuahnya ringan, porsi daging banyak, dan bumbu meresap. Kita coba Tamago ramen, shirunashi ramen, curry ramen, dan zenbu ramen. Semuanya top.

Untuk ramen yang satu ini, tidak perlu ditanyakan lagi ke istimewaan kuah sup nya. Saya beberapa kali hanya untuk merasakan ramen ini, karena saya tidak mau ilang ingatan akan rasa marutama ramen ini. Ayok mari kita mampir untuk rasa ke istimewaan marutama ramen ini.

The broth was so rich in flavour. The noodle is thin. They serve big chunk of meat. The tamago is great!

The ambience is good.
The waiters are well informed.
Reasonable price. 2 bowls of ramen + 2 ocha + 1 ice cream for 250K in 2019.

The food is absolutely delicious. Try the condiments! Ordered tamago ramen. Not disappointed at all.
