Overall very pleasant. Staff were very kind and made sure everything was in place. I personally am very grateful to the staff who gave me praying mat even though i did not ask for it. Such an act will go very far in customer service satisfaction. Please give my thanks to the staff who made it easy for me.

It was really great, it made my first trip to Jakarta very comfortable and warm, and I didn't have a night of insomnia. The hotel staff received it very thoughtfully, which is touching. Will stay again next time!

The experience at your hotel was excellent, from the beginning to the very end. The service quality exceeded my expectations by far and I can honestly say that it is, in my humble opinion, on the same level as your sister hotel in Bangkok, which is in my view the highest possible praise. To get a room-upgrade to a fantastic suite didn't make the experience worse;-). In any event, I shall share my excellent experience on my company's own booking page and hope that other colleagues can make similar experiences in the future. So many thanks for a flawless stay!

Do you want to know how "good" an establishment is? Check how they treat the non-staying guests or those who do not dress to the nine. My brother, unknowingly drop his aerotech license card somewhere in the hotel when he was attending an event, held by the hotel's guest. A week had passed, and we traced the missing card to the hotel's business centre. The young lady answering the phone, Rere listened to our plight and promised to check the CCTV. It took her only 10 minutes to find out where it is. Apparently, hotel staff picked up the card on lobby's sofa and since no address nor phone number listed on the card, turned it in to the lost and found. So.if you ever lose your prized possession here, betcha their lost and found will keep it for you.

We spent recently 3 days in this hotel. It was amazing. We've got unexpected room upgrading with the view facing to Bundaran HI, was breathtaken. Room was very clean, u have everything what you need. Last but not least, the staffs were very friendly and really helpfull, thanks a lot, it was impressed me so much. Amirah, Nathania, Inggride, Indah and Nancy you guys did a very good job, we will be back for sure.

Excellent arrangement, room given as requested at higher floor and at most centered for magnificent view of new year's eve.

My family celebrate birthdays here. The food is always good and the interior is just so oriental.

One of the best hotel in center of Jakarta city. Best location and easy reach from anywhere. Sometimes very crowded with the traffic jam especially in office hours. Thanks for Grace with her best service. Room is clean and comfortable. Free wifi and free parking for guest. There are many choices of in house restaurants. Everything is well maintain and good managements. Very recommended for short or long stays. Will come back again.

Hotel mewah tapi 1st kesana kesannya b aja.kesini cuman buat breakfast aja. Dan ngga nyangka bisa ketemu KYGO huhu happy banget deh

Waktu dateng ke hotel ini bukan buat nginep sih, jado gatau deh kondisi kamarnya kaya apa. Saya kesini cuma buat raker dari kantor aja sih. Pake ballroom/ruang diponegoro yg ada di lantai 3, untuk ukuran ruangannya ga terlalu besar cuma masih cukup nyaman. Makanannya juga enak, terutama cemilannya yg manis manis.

Good Place, I Had a Ham and Cheese in The Resturant In Lobby Unfortunately The french Fries Was Frozen.

Very comfortable premier club room, worth spending your weekend here.surprisingly many kind of chocolate served in my room.appreciate for this well touch.the club lounge ambience was calm and enjoyable for chilled softdrink.

Located in very central Jakarta. A bit tricky to go in the hotel. The lobby is small and service is nice.

Hotel kelas dunia sayang parkiran sempit dan ga bisa di ubah, padahal yang datang pakai kuda besi mahal semuanya.

Sangat baik buat yang bisnis, karna tempat yang strategis dan makanan yang enak dengan nuansa orientalnya

Just spent time here for my cousin's wedding party. Facilities & foods are good, compared to other 5-star hotels:)
