Lewis & Carroll + Kopi Kenangan

Saat kaki mulai lemah dan butuh asupan minuman dan snack, pas banget deh ke sini. Cireng dan sambal rujaknya enak loh. Minumannya elderberry lemon, seger banget.

Pure disappointment. Decided to take a coffee break time while working on my laptop at Lewis & Caroll Grand Indonesia. Ordered a slice of cake and hot cappuccino (coffee was good) and sat for not long, probably one hour +, afterward i moved to a table where i can plug on my Laptop for just quite a while. Suddenly the waitress on the cashier wearing white shirt approach me and handed out the bill to me and say that the table is only for 2 hours use and my time is over lol. When there is not even a single person sitting on the indoor venue (maybe 1 table only). No wait list or queue even.

Competition is so strong for the F&B industry right now. If you provide such a lousy service, pretty sure no one will come back again, at all.

Tried rosy grey at Lewis & Carroll and just feel ok. Maybe should stick to basic tea next time

If you're a fan of nasi goreng kampung, then you've got to give Lewis and Carroll a try.
I always order it whenever I visit and it never disappoints. The flavors are on point and it's definitely a must-try dish.
Give it a shot next time you're in Grand Indonesia!

The place inside of the store.they provide a non-smoking and smoking area even though the space is quite small.if you visit them, try to order their tea menu selection since it is their specialty.unfortunately I didnt take any photos there

Located in east mall Grand Indonesia, they serve variant of food and option for tea, now they also join with kopi kenangan, with their kopi susu aren favorite, i tried their fried noodle salmon which quite delicious and meet my expectation, the place is comfy, plenty of seating area. Plenty choice of food, nice place to take lunch or just hang out with friend

Double espresso ice shaken at Kopi Kenangan is good. The "crazy" rice at L&C is also good

Nice and busy place, love their coffee, but why giving takeaway cup for sitting customer hate to create unneeded rubbish

Holy moly, what happened to you L&C? Service used to be top notch here. But ever since Kopi Kenangan was introduced, it’s gone spectacularly downhill. Today they brought out an EMPTY teapot and repeatedly said ‘no refills’ when it had NOTHING in it to begin with. On top of that, they had actually forgotten one of our orders. Whew. Taste of food & beverages still good though so there’s that.

Probably wouldnt go back. Nice place, comfy chairs, tasty meal. However coffee dan desserts was served with plastic containers. Very unwise thinking all the plastics used daily, instead of using glass/plates like in a normal restaurant.

Recommended coffeeshop buat anak kuliahan atau mungkin staff kantor buat meeting private disini bagus.

Kopi susunya enak, tapi tempatnya ramai sekali. Bukan tempat yang enak untuk ngobrol santai berlama-lama.

I loooooveeeeee the meat ball and noodle. It is so tasty like the original noodle that I had while I still kids. The hot capucinno is great and the tea as a high end taste as well as the position in the market.

An Indonesian café that doesn't offer local single origin coffee has no right to exist.

This is nothing more than an average warung in a pompous disguise.

Beautiful place and beautiful coffee! Tried their baileys coffee and it's good. The place is comfy with a lot of sofa. It's a bit hidden as it is located inside central department store.

I was there for kopi kenangan. Overall beverage by Kopi kenang are tasty with Affordable price, but some of foods are served by Lewis & Carroll which are expensive. Kopi kenangan also provide 4 food menus (bakmi, nasi gila,)

It is a small eating and drinking place inside Central Grand Indonesia. It has various kinds of tea, from milk tea (and obviously coffee) by Kopi Kenangan, to some fancier selections served with teapot and small cup. Food and dessert are also fine, had a good time with their regal cake.
