Sungguh pengalaman buruk makan disin, kita di usir2 oleh pelayanan, padahal sudah pesen makan dan minum tp alasan ada wktu, sungguh pengalaman buruk disni, padadal lagi bawa keluarga,

Hampir setiap main ke sency, makannya kesini. Dan baru tadi ketemu kasirnya (selama ini suami yg ke kasir) pelayanannya sangat amat buruk. Terlepas beliau lagi badmood or apalah, paling gk.customer dilayani dgn baik.
Sy dtg mau bayar, dia tanya “duduk dimana? ”
Setelah bill keluar langsung kasar taruh bill ke meja, dengan wajah juteknya. Setelah transaksi pun sy ucapkan terimakasih, beliau diam saja. Kasir tsb bernama Ayu. Mohon diperbaiki. Gak ada artinya makanan enak, waitress ramah, tapi kasir gak sopan. Apa bill almost 800k kurang banyak utk mendapat kesopanan kasir?

Tempatnya nyaman, ada ruangan outdoor juga buat yg bosen sama pemandangan di dalam ruangan.cocok banget buat kongkow sama temen ataupun meeting sama klien.

Busy as usual. Always cozy when I eat here. Some people brought their laptop while eating and chit chat with their colleagues.

Pastanya lumayan oke dan porsinya banyak untuk aku yang makannya gak terlalu banyak. Pas itu masih ada promo Buy 1 Get 1 wine, tapi menurutku kurang sepadan sih. Mungkin karena pandemi, banyak menu yg gak ada, salah satunya ragam bir yg ditawarkan. Semoga setelah ini bisa membaik ya. Yang paling aku suka sebenernya petugasnya ramah, helpful, dan cekatan. Keep it up!

It took us 20-25 minutes waiting until the food was served. The coffee came around 5 minutes before the food, I requested sugar for my coffee, but the sugar came together with the food, which means, my coffee is getting cold. Even though, our table is just next to the coffee station. Surprisingly the sugar came from the inside kitchen. Logically it is more efficient to put sugar in coffee station, in my opinion.
The betutu bowl I ordered was delicious. Just, it tastes not so fresh from the kitchen. The rice was almost cold and very greasy.
I appreciate their idea to wrap the cutlery. But, I don't know what the paper envelope made of, it smells like carton box.

Tempatnya keren banget, pelayanannya ramah dan menyenangkan, makanan dan minumannya juga enak, gak bikin kantong jebol.

Cozy Place, pasta carbonaranya enak bisa request mau lebih creamy or light. Love to hangout intimate, just check it out, there is cocktail. Too

Good ambiance, suitable for informal meeting, family, and friends

Not so many food and drinks option. But they have good coffee in collaboration with Djournal

Kitchenette in Senayan City is top notch.

Tempat makan dikawasan senayan city dengan konsep terbuka yang menawarkan pemandangan lalu lalang berbelanja.
Nyaman dan enak buat sekedar nongkrong.maupun meeting dengan client.

Tempat makan yg menyediakan menu cukup beragam, indonesia, itali dan western. Ada beberapa minuman semacam juice, salad dan camilan sehat. Tempatnya g terlalu full dan nyaman.bs ngobrol santai sambil santap makan dg nyaman

My wife ordered the chicken soup, too salty.as if the cook added two extra block of salt to an already salted food.
I ordered the barramundi.just ok.for that price point they should do better
The only thing that kept this review to more than one star is the coffee.which is by djournal (still within ismaya group, but always love their coffee). This is the 2nd time i had dissapointing experience with kitchenette.probably will be my last visit.

Tempatnya lumayan baik dan bagus, juga di design dengan baik bernuansa rumah jadi berasa makan dirumah, dari penyajian makanannya juga baik dan rasanya juga enak.

You are lucky if what you order is not "sold out". On my last 3 visits they didn't have spinach so could not serve several of their dishes. I used to like their salads and was hoping the quality and availability would remain, unfortunately it is not the case. I was forced to order other items on the menu or get other ingredients such as (cheap) iceberg lettuce instead of of baby spinach in my salad. I also noticed they increased the price of the dishes. Increased price while quality is getting lower, they really need to do something. I cannot recommend this place as it is. One more thing, the service is notably slow. Sad, it used to be a good restaurant.

I visited this place twice (that means good). For the second visit, I ordered "Kitchenette Big Breakfast", the waiter said that If I picked the beef option, I would not get any bacon, as they only have pork bacon, and the option "beef or pork" is only applied for its sausage. I must misunderstood reading the description "two eggs any style, sausage, red beans, roasted potato, mushroom, toasted bread & bacon (beef or pork) ". However, as breakfast menu lover, I think it is delicious. I like its cafe mocha, although it was not served hot enough. I recommend to try the spanish style enchiladas (just make sure that you request the cheese melted) and garlic fries.
