- Pemiliknya ramah, sabar dan telaten memberi penjelasan akan parts2 yang rusak dan perlu diganti (yang tidak perlu diganti tidak dipaksa ganti)
- Memberi rekomendasi parts mana yang bagus, (Ori / merk lain)
- Tapi kalau parts penting yang baiknya pakai ori, direkomend pakai yang Ori (kalau yang ini ikutin saja rekomendasi ownernya, ga nyesel)
- Ketika pengerjaan, kita diupdate kondisi mobil kita
- Excellence service and good price. Bahkan dibantu planning untuk perawatan mobilnya sesuai budget (mana yang kritis perlu diservice mana yang masih "ok*"dipakai, asal konsultasi budget kita.

Service is not really good. Not so sure with their acknowledgement of the new original spare parts since the packaging does not have the OEM sticker and the plastic was already torn. Waited for too long for almost 4 hours just to wait for the spare parts to come. Also the mechanics are using the jumper cable from our car battery to their modified flashlight to see the dark areas of the engine bay without our consent. This is my first time coming here and it leaves a very bad impression.
The new Dunlop tires recommended by the owner broke down within 2 weeks, so I replaced them with new ones, but there was no apology, no DC, and it was a low-quality store with no service spirit and no work for the same price. I've been going to this place for over 10 years, so I just stopped.
Every customer is treated special. I personally known this workshop more than 15 years and very satisfied with the quality of its works.
