Kasir menolak voucher K-Privilege untuk sosis dan ham. Hati2 permainan kasir yang tidak menunjukkan berat daging karena dalam struk hanya ditulis tanggal tidak ditulis berat. Sangat mengecewakan pelayanan dan sistem kasirnya yang tidak transparan untuk toko sekelas Kempi Deli. Semoga bs diperbaiki.

Their Caesar Salad WAS exceptional. I used to come here only for that. Sadly it's no longer the case. Their Caesar Salad is now very ordinary (no longer have alfafa, ranch dressing not as good as before, even the presentation is not as good as it used to be), not worth the price anymore. Their service is also declining. I had to wait for quite a while just to get the menu. Sad.

The service is Zero. Very poor service: you as a customer greet ‘good morning’ to the staff, but she won't reply to you, she’ll give you a sour face and bad attitude.

When you want to order, you have to grab the menu by yourself, wait patiently for her to come back to the cashier machine then you can order.

This is supposed to be the best breakfast place in Grand Indo, but sadly, it does not match the Kempinski standard they have on the brand.

Yg belum coba atau belum tau tempat ini. Buruan coba makanan disini enak enak. Terutama kue tart

Hard to find before 10am because there's only one way to it from Kempenski Hotel. A few items were not available probably because it was early in the morning (went there around 9am). Not too bad a place

Staf info pembelian cake& donut dapet diskon 20% pakai BCA, tapi kasir tidak jelasin lagi harus pk cc BCA padahal udah sering beli donut di sini.

Ngopi, ngeteh sambil meeting paling enak disini, suara musik ga keras jd bisa ngobrol enak. Dan bisa fokus meeting.kopinya juga enak

New coffee shop in east mall, just in the end of Central department store 2nd floor. Less crowded area. Good place to have coffee and bakery.

Cafe nya terletak di ujung dalam Central, deket Paulaner. Cobain Chocolate Berliner, njosss banget. Ada juga Hazelnut Salted Caramel, Vanilla Raspberry Berliner, dan Mixfruits Danish. Minum cobain Caramel Latte dan Matcha Berry. Recommended pake banget.

Hazelnut salted caramel croffin and bomboocha smoothies for tea time is perfect.
Also tried the raspberry bombolini, good.
Small cozy place to have afternoon break.

Jakarta don't usually make great sandwiches but I have to give it to Kempi Deli when it comes to staple sandwiches that transports you to some park bench in Europe on a sunny day. Their ingredients are fresh, prices are reasonable to quality, and to me half a sandwich is enough so you can always share! Service is a bit slow but anything for a taste of amazing sandwich. My favorite is the Cuban sandwich

This my kind of place to have a me time. Tempatnya kecil tapi nyaman. Yang paling penting tidak ramai, jadi pas banget buat yang mau duduk hening sambil menikmati segelas kopi dan kue. Mereka juga memiliki aneka sandwhich, smoothies, sausage/ham, hingga pasta. Semua ada. And the price is just right. 100K/person for a perfect cake with a glass of coffee. Sssttt 35% off after 5pm discount for all pastry, cake, and sandwhich! Perfect.

I was pleasantly surprise by this bakery as I have walked past it many times but never felt like trying. The selection of breads, pastries, sandwiches, and cakes were vast and they are all well baked to perfection. This place offers one of the best European breads and pastries in Jakarta.

Though it is a bit pricey but the taste and quality of the food brings amnesia to the price. The service was warm and fast, and the ambience was great. I do want to try pretty much everything on their menu. Will be back, soon!

This cake shop offers a splendid appearance and taste quality of cake. The price is above to other cake shop, but it's worthed.

They have excellent sandwiches found no where else in Jakarta.

Love this bread and cake shop. Located inside grand ind mall, next to paulaner. Don't forget disc 50% for bread, cake and sandwich.
