The property has great views and is very conveniently located.

Aging hotel (plumbing issues, old style shower, damp smell, no smart tv, no sound speaker, no coffee machine.) and poor amateurish service all around: too much obsequiousness at the expense of listening and being efficient.lounge breakfast is total mayhem.but no one seems concerned, all very happy with themselves = sinking ship.must be a problem with the Captain: lack of training, poor standards, no self-questioning, no leadership to set the right tone.happy with trip advisor ratings and occupancy? Good for you! But the reality is: a very mediocre hotel, despite the raving reviews of amateur travelers. Also, as rightly mentioned in previous reviews, ridiculous so-called security, not preventing anything to happen for sure but extremely annoying and intrusive

This is a very nice hotel. I was here for a few days for work and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The platinum lounge had amazing food as well. A great experience overall.

Lovely place to stay in Jakarta city centre, extremely courteous staff, lavish breakfast, good lounge and cozy rooms!

The room so big with warm color, helpfull staff and so many variety breakfast menu, but the pool so small, maybe becuase this is business hotel. Security team is good. Near oakwod and lotte shopping mall, ambassadors only walking 3-5 minutes

Very spacious, comfortable, perfect for relaxing and vacationing with family. There is a shuttle from the hotel to lotte avenue too.

A five star hotel with a 3 star restaurant.food kinda average. Please I know it's a public space but if you r having a grup event. WITH sound system. Use function room lah. Very uncomfortable trying to enjoy the food while listening ppl shouting, singing. I know they're having a good time too. But please consider others too.definitely not going back

This hotel is located in the heart of Jakarta! It is close to everything and very well connected. Big room with green areas, a nice pool, the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Really the staff is excellent. I recommend this hotel 100% for long vacations or weekend. Enjoy Jakarta! Enjoy Indonesia!

The food was good but i tasted better foods on other 5 star hotels. The place was good and fancy. The service was great and friendly.

But the parking lot and access was AWFUL, the elevator to the parking floor was soo small, it was shocking this level of hotel could have that kind of access to the parking lot, and the exit from the parking lot was only one lane, it took more than an hour to get out from the 2nd basement parking lot to exit the building. Man, it was seriously screwed up.

I found the entrance of the hotel to be rather strange. Spent some time in the bar and that was cool. Drinks are alight, but enjoyed the fact they have a pool table and the staff was very attentive. I would definitely like to come back.

Hotel yang bagus dengan staff yang ramah, standar keamanan terhitung sangat tinggi dan ketat, loby, kamar dan tempat breakfast luas, lokasi sangat strategis.

Tempatnya bagus.parkirannya luas, pemeriksaannya cukup ketat.sampel sampe kap mesin dan laci dalam dasboard harus dibuka.bagus sii untuk jaga2. Dalamnya juga mewah.restorannya juga besar n banyak menunya. Tapi sayang saya nga jadi makan karena tempatnya full.mungkin lain saya akan balik lagi.

Good property in a prime location but property looks old. For the money I paid they could have served breakfast also, but to my surprise it was not part of my package. Stayed here for 2 nights and the stay was good. Staff are ok.

Makanan lumayan. Saya coba salad dingin (suka dengan salad dinginnya yang lumayan komplit dan enak), daging sapi iris yang mediumnya kurang empuk, salmonnya oke tapi sausnya terlalu asam, kambing gulingnya juga biasa saja, cingkong kepitingnya lumayan. Kesana pas kondangan. Hotelnya bagus.

Fantastic, staff are super friendly and helpful, very comfortable accommodation, lots of restaurants to choose from and only a short walk to some other great restaurants. Really nice rooms and excellent service.

Termasuk 3 hotel terbaik di lingkungan Mega Kuningan. Petugas keamanan di pintu masuk dan lobi yg ramah dan cekatan tapi tetap waspada. Lobi yg cantik. Makanan yg enak. Ruang meeting yg luas, bersih, petugasnya ramah dan sigap, toiletnya yg terjaga kebersihannya serta harum, breakfast nya banyak ragamnya dan enak semua. Kamar yg cukup besar, bersih dan lengkap fasilitasnya. Senang sekali menginap di JE Marriott Hotel di Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya. Sy pastikan akan bersedia menginap lagi disini.
