Another New Concept and Culinary Destination in SCBD Area, serving American-Italian comforts.

Pork Milanese - kosong. White wine by glass - kosong. A charge of 7500 to take away lukewarm Carbonara that cost 185 ribu- strike three. Place is not ready for prime time. Hopefully it will improve over time like their place in DS.

The mussels we weren't a fan of because about 1/4 of them were bad.but the diavolo sauce was really good though. And we had their new menu, pappardelle beef ragu, it was just okay - not bad but I have had better.

It's a small space, and the space between tables aren't very wide since they try to pack in as many seats as possible. Definitely not a place for a cute date, it's too loud. More of a casual, even rowdy kind of atmosphere.

Think for the price tag, the food taste is not that great, service is so so and ambiance also not so special.

- Taste: ordered pappardelle duck ragu, pizza, salad, coffee and mocktail. Pappardelle tasted okay, pizza taste was interesting but so so. Not impressive
- Price: expensive, dont think its the best value for money since I could get better Italian options with similar price
- service: the waitresses not too attentive and we needed to reask them on our requests

Dont think I will come back

The first visit here wasn't so impressive. The food was blend and burned, staff not so kind, and inside the restaurant too noisy.
The orange juice was good.

Enak Buratta Fig Salad nya, walau banyak daun, tapi masih edible. Balsamic sauce nya juga enak

Buat pasta, overall taste di sini cenderung asin.

Pengalaman pertama mencoba lunch sendiri di Jon & Lou SCBD. Lokasinya di dalam SCBD Park, seberang H club.
Makanan ala Italy, harga premium, tapi sebanding dengan rasa dan porsi makanan, kualitas servicenya, dan kenyamanan tempatnya.

Perhatian: Ada sejumlah menu yang tidak halal, jadi baca hati-hati saat pilih menu. Daging2 tidak halalnya hanya opsi, bisa diganti beef.

Hari ini kita coba salah satu menu Dry Pastanya "Tagliatelle Shrimp Scampi". Harga rp 160rb (ex tax). Keterangannya Shrimp, butter, garlic, lemon, dan keju2an. Ga nyesel pesen ini. Enak banget. Porsinya juga ok. Mau berbagi juga cukup.

Sementara ini dulu ya. Lain kali ajak2 teman ke sini dan coba pizzanya.

We ordered meatballs, pizza and wine. Food were decent. Too bad cannot say the same about the service. The chair was not cleaned from the food leftovers, and the server seemed to lacking the information of what was out from the menu (diet coke and beer), returned to our table two times to give the information.
Service needs an improvement.
The ambience was nice to hang with your friends or families.

Enjoy dinner here in weekday. The queue was normal and got table quickly. Ambience here was really nice.

Food have really great taste. Really recommended to try from lite menu to heavy taste. Try pizzas, pastas, salad and also tiramisu as desserts. Please pay attention to menus are contained non halal ingredients.

The pizza was great but soggy in the middle. Mussels was okay. Tiramisu with rum was too soggy. Great service, but the server can be more attentive.

Jon & Lou, a recent addition to SCBD, offers a delightful ambiance that necessitates prior booking due to its popularity. The interior design is striking and exudes coziness, making it a perfect spot for a date night. I brought my wife here, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We ordered the stracciatella bruschetta, stracciatella and fig salad, the ribeye bone in MS3, and ended our meal with the classic tiramisu. Every dish we tried was impeccable and incredibly delicious. Highly recommended!

Food was okay. A little expensive for the portion and size they are serving. Love the ambiance, very chill and relax but it gets loud quiet easily. The best one we ordered is the pork (lupa the exact name). Tiramisu kurang berasa kopi or rum, saddd.

Unfortunately not a very happy experience for our group. Reserved for 6: 30 for party of 3 but at 6: 20 we were told that our table is ready. We arrived at 6: 40 and the table is not ready anymore. Waited until 7ish for another guest to pay their bill and the table to be cleaned. I think the table also got kicked out because they look a little pissed.

We ordered our food and enjoy but then at 7: 40 we were told that our time is up since 7: 30. Ada meja lain yg kosong tapi tetep aja kita di suruh close bill atau pindah ke luar. We were okay outside cuma karena banyak construction around the restaurant, jadi areanya bau cat dan banyak nyamuk.

Makanan tidak enak makanan bau, paling kesel gak mau lagi kesini karna kasirnya tidak ramah yang cewek yg jaga sore jam 3 tgl 24oktober 2023

Interiornya menarik dan ambiencenya italianya dapet banget. Makanannya enak, pizzanya enak dan pelayanannya oke. Cocok buat dinner dan brunch

Decided to try the newly opened Italian restaurant in SCBD! Perfectly al dente pasta, deep flavours and fresh produce. Their smoky woodfire pizza had nice crispy crusts and definitely did not disappoint!

I am generally not a big fan of seafood BUT their mussels was definitely well worth the recommendation - fresh and exquisitely flavourful! Must try! (Gak amis sama sekali.) Not to forget, my personal favourite entree, the burrata and fig salad, it's the perfect entree dish with all the right combination in one! Gahhh. I want more!

Overall ambience and atmosphere was definitely cozy with a twang of Italia. It has that friendly relaxed vibe that doesn’t pretend to be anything too fancy. Price was very reasonable and on par with the quality of the food and their attentive service makes it well worth it. Can't wait to be back!

Friendly staff, interesting variety of menu, delicious taste especially the fig salad, steak, and tiramisu. Reasonable price, awesome ambience. Will definitely come back for more!

Priced as expected for SCBD, good vibes and good service but the food was subpar. Many better options for Italian in Jakarta at a similar price range. Pizza dough was good but the sauce was underwhelming. The chilli oil served with the pizza tasted just of oil with no spice from the chilli. Tiramisu was too sweet with limited taste of coffee. First 7 days, hope it’ll improve with time. For now, not worth a visit.

Service was awful. Pada saat selesai makan saya lihat ada promo buy 2 mains get 1 free pizza tapi pelayan tidak ada mention sama sekali. Tapi it’s okay though karena turns out the food isn’t that good either. Tapi yang terpenting tolong manner pelayan nya diperbaiki. Even the manager yang pakai jas pun sama aja lol. Cheers.
