Good place to practice boxing or muay thai. They do pay per visit or monthly memberships however the pay per visit plan have expiry dates. As for the instructors, in my opinion, only a couple of instructors are good for intermediate level and above, the rest kind of suited for beginner level only

I love this place, it has great facilities, trainers, reasonably cheap price, and a very safe welcoming environment.
