I saw a cockroach while eating. I asked the staff for help and the staff apologized and killed it. It was so terrible.

One of tne best beef ribs barbecue in Jakarta. Good to come, nice choice of wine. Good service and very nice theme restaurant

Delicious. Would recommend. We had beef ribs (half rack), steamed veggies (very well done), and the burger (perfectly cooked-but a bit messy with the egg and two patties)

Got the order wrong the first time around which wasn’t a difficult order for a one man order, after been fasting all day on the last day of Ramadan.had to explain my order again, then supposedly they were suppose to make my order again properly and this time they brought me a rare cooked steak as opposed to medium rare. I ran it by them for the THIRD time and manager had the audacity to agree upon me saying rhetorically “should I leave” due to my frustration rather than to have customer care and tell me no he let willed for me to walk right out. Won’t be eating at hurricanes again in Jakarta or Sydney where I reside. Sydney has terrible food quality also anyway and it’s not halal there.

Do not order nachos @ Hurricanes.

We ordered nachos at 3 different times and getting worse each time. The worse was today, they just put something like doritos nacho cheese with a bit of avocado, red bean, chilies, a bit of sour cream. No cheese melt at all. Enough is enough.

Unbelievable for Hurricanes to provide this horrible taste.

I complained at the front desk, the guy said there was not aware of the difference and defensive. As if I am lying.

He left us without a word, he give impression he didn’t care.

Wake up management your kitchen need QC personnel who really care about the quality.

The most highlighted experience visiting here is the service! I came here for Christmas dinner, the reservation process, taking food orders, all went smoothly without any kind of hassle. The staffs were knowledgeable and able to give recommendations based on our preferences.

Food were good, but i think it didn't stand out. Taste were as expected and comply to very high standards, however there was nothing special in particular. We ordered ribeye steaks, cream spinach, some appetizers (i forgot the name) and paired with wine.

Overall experience was great!

Semua menu yg dipesan rasanya ga ada yg fail. Porsinya besar klo dibanding porsi makanan di Indo pada umumnya, untung pesan buat sharing. Stafnya friendly banget kasih rekomendasi ini itu dan siapin semua yg kita kira2 butuh bahkan sebelum kita minta, mantap banget.

They need to improve their service & cleaness level. So, I had dinner with my friends and our meals was exchanged, a bit of confusing, I ordered the medium rare yet I got what my friend ordered, the medium well. When the meals came, it's bit cold even though we told them to serve the food as soon as the food is ready. I also found something disgusting, I went to the rest room, guess they did not check and clean the rest room regularly, someone poop and she did not flush it, when I told the server to clean it, he said there's an issue with the flush (guess they need to put notes that the toilet is broken, just to prevent people to use it). During our chat, one of my friend scream, because she saw rat, big freaking rat. That's it. We asked for the billill and won't comeback.

Wonderfully cooked steaks and delicious! Get ready to deal with your high protein diet when eating here.

I had tried aglio olio pasta, burger, pork rib here. They are all great even beer too, but little bit pricey. This place has a godd atmosphere, so good for date.

One of the best steak in town. The food is superb, i order the wagyu 350gr rib eye, its very big the taste is amazing, you can feel the beef that has been cooked with charcoal. The spinach also creamy and full of spice. 9,5/10 will come back.

Namanya hurricane grill, tapi gak hanya menyediakan menu grill ada seafood dan di pagi hari juga menyediakan brunch.
Untuk brunch bisa dinikmati dimulai pada jam 8 pagi sampai jam 11 siang.
Menu brunch mulai dari egg bennedict sampai croissant.
Untuk grillnya paling mantep adalah ribs nya yang bisa pesen full rack.mantap pokoknya

Wonderful place for fine dining. Food is fabulous and place cosy. Good place to bring a date or even guests. Prices a little higher then normal but not that much. Super attentive staff. Been here several times

I started with tenderloin Angus steak with black pepper sauce. The meat is very tender and moist inside.i continued with Caesar Salad.nothungcan described how satisfied my feeling. The crunchy salad with slices meat and rich of shredded cheese. Can't wait to return to this resto.happy tummy.

Food is served a bit slowly but everything else was superb. For the brunch menus, choose steak. It is simply the best one. Others are ok, though I did not like benedict one.

First time here. Above expectation. Try the 'Signature Pork Ribs'. Ordered Full rack. About 6-7 slab of ribs. Enough for 2 person on a diet. I suggest to have the full rack for 1 adult, because it's sooo goood.
Interior is very elegant, AC is cool, toilet is clean. Overall is a delicate experience.

I like much the ambience of the space. Food was great. Waiters need to be more attentive to customers.

The ribs is a bit dry. The pork is better than the beef.
The lamb chop is good. The mud cake is very good but pricey.
