What a wonderful meaty-experience. High grades of wagyu with a great condiments. Overall nice.

Sirloin Wagyu paling best disini.daging over all semuanya melted.salmon foilnya lembut.dan dessert ini pas banget utk penetralisir setelah main course.

Over priced with the quality of the foods, bit disappointing spent so much money at this place.

Located at one of the biggest Mal in Jakarta, Pacific Place, but you don't have to worry about the crowds. You may get to this restaurant through the direct access, and once you enter this restaurant, you will feel the different atmosphere, cozy and relaxing and private. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
Food wise, they serve premium wagyu with various menu. They also have salad, soup and desserts which you may have it in a set or a la carte. All are delicious.
As you may see it from its name, the price is also premium, but it is worth the money you spend.
Best place to enjoy with your family and friends.

Tempat ini sangat bagus dan instagramable. Makanan yang di sajikanpun enak sesuai dengan selera saya.

Kalo makan disini jangan kaget kalo harganya premium, tapi untuk rasa wagyunya memang bener-bener manteb

Kedua kalinya datang kesini, pesan set untuk berdua kenyang banget. Makanannya juga cepat keluarnya

Good fried salmon, excellent meat especially the wagyu. Lots of menu, and the place is classy but cozy.

First i think, this is the all you can eat restaurant.but when i come, the waiter said its not. But since i really craving for japanese food, i sit anyway.

I ordered wagyu katsu, prime karubi selection and karubi kuppa. And when i taste it, in that moment, i know, its better than the all you can eat ones and i love it. The meat are tender.thanks for the waiter who suggest me to let the chef cook it.

For desert i order milk pudding and mochi ice cream. The mochi ice cream are great, but the milk pudding not that sweet.but overall, i have good experience.

By the way, its more expensive than the "all you can eat" one.

Came here reserved, queued because there’s a line, but the server greet the person after us first and didn’t even bother come back to serve us. We waited patiently for quite a while but no one came back. Didn’t even get to enter the restaurant. It’s ridiculous.

Came here at 15 April 2022, at around 5.30 PM with not much customers inside the restaurant

The food were amazingly delicious and the staff are very kind and fast response. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here!

The staff were all very attentive towards our needs. When my father gave a gentle, albeit stern, input on the tongues we grilled, they all graciously replaced it with a higher quality set plate of cow tongue. This specific branch of Gyukaku definitely lives up to their title of ‘prime’.

Wagyu A5 nya mantap! Saya dan keluarga ketagihan dan datang lagi keesokan harinya.
Udonnya juga enak banget! Lidah sapinya juga mantap! Sesuai dgn ekspetasi lah.ada harga ada rasa.dan rasanya memang top markotop!

I came here expecting to get at least the same great experience at the regular Gku-Kaku but sadly I was wrong.

The price is high but the food is not worth it. We asked the meat to be served cooked and it came disappointing. It's cold and the taste is just so-so.

Kalau aku bisa kasih bintang 7, aku ksh. Ada garga, ada rasa. Bayar mahal namun rasa yg didapat worth it bgt
Pada saat itu makan, lagi limited staff, jd agak lama makanannya dtgnya. Tp staf nya diawal udh ksh tau sih kalau mereka sdg limited staff, jd kemungkinan agak lama dtgnya. Buat ku ngga masalah.
Hanya saja, lightingnya kurang terang sedikit

Everything just nice. Good hospitality and good food. Happy to having lunch here. Will be back sooner

Layout need to be improved. For round table capacity 8 ppl, the grill equipment only 1. Resto is dark and quite so its make ppl not comfortable to eat there.

Tempatnya keren sih, makanannya berjenis daging merah gitu, enak dan pelayanannya cukup baik, cuman agak sempit yaa. Ehehe
