Favorite neighborhood cafe in the Kelapa Gading area. Serves a wonderful Tomahawk steak and all their other menu items (truffle fries, pork bowl, salads, drinks) taste good too! A little on the pricey side but the quality is great.

Just wish the staff would stop sweeping and mopping while we were enjoying the food.

This place has bucked the myth that only mid/low priced offerings can survive in Kelapa Gading. Their stellar curated menu made with great ingredients feature family faves, wonderful meats and frieds, along with great drinks and desserts. Ambiance also on point.

Pre-order Tomahawk and Pork Belly 1 day in advance for rather special occassion. Really amazing.

This is a hidden treasure of them all. Led by Juan Antono, le chef, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary academy at Austin, Texas. He implements all the experiences and knowledge needed to shock your mouth. His specialty is meat. I don't have the right word to say how delightful I was when having my first bite. Hear ye Hear ye. Greendoor Kitchen is my champion!

Hands down best brunch place in the area. I have never ate anything so good other than the Republique in Los Angeles.

Great western food in kelapa Gading. One of the best steaks and ribs around for the price! Brunch selections are pretty good too.

Huge parking area, an instagrammable literal green door, has a few private space for event like birthdays, bridal shower, meetings, etc. Food are decent, had mixed thoughts about metal straws for drinks, they are good for the environment and all but I was doubting their cleanliness, (especially in Jakarta). The price point is high for each menu item so be prepared to spend a lot.

I have been very pleased with the quality of the food. The tomahawk steak is awesome, as are the truffle angel hair pasta and the miso cod fish over rice.

We ordered the tomahawk steak and also the dry aged ribeye. It was wonderfully delicious and is surely a good alternative place if you do not want to drive far for a decent steak.

Nice cozy place for brunch.burgers are nice, but be ready to pay above average of Kelapa Gading area.

From the entrance we can see that they have the dry age cabinet with the beef displayed inside
From that, it suggest that they are serious beef players
I haven't tried them so I can't say if it's good or bad
Generally I find the pricing is quite expensive
Surprisingly it is well accepted by the customers
When I came in it was around 10 am and there were already 3 other tables
I ordered french toast and genmaicha
Loved the tea
The French toast was good
But then again I find it a bit too pricey
Service wise was also good
Will try their dry aged beef on next visit

The Tomahawk steak is very very good, I think it's the best steak in Kelapa Gading area and probably in the top 5 for me in Jakarta. Good quality meat and cooked perfectly, not overcooked as in most other restaurants. The other side dishes we ordered were excellent too: truffle fries and salad. We finished the meal with some delicious cappuccinos.

A nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and delightful food.too bad the location is in the rear of the building.

This place is a legendary staple to many in Kelapa Gading area and vicinity. At first, it shared space with a coffee place across Mal Kelapa Gading. Legend was made as the place drew humongous casual trendy crowds and created traffic jams. I imagined a silent cheer from many food enthusiasts as Green Door Kitchen almost single handedly proven there is a market for wholesome to gourmet Western frieds and premium meats in the area. Not a light feat considering Kelapa Gading's long established reputation as Asian/Indonesian hawker/sea food central.

Then, months passed and I went back to the old place, not realizing this new one has opened and noticed distinct dip in the food quality. Although seemingly same menu, the frieds no longer worth the calories as they were soggy. The ultimate burger was not as juicy as it used to either.

Thankfully a friend's post on Facebook solved the mystery, Green Door Kitchen has occupied a much more deserving bigger well designed space, infusing cool into the previously sad mixed use complex that is Mahaka Square. "Nothing brings people together like good food" is stated right atop the chef's windows. Well, indeed.

This place serves one of the best steak in Jakarta. The Tbone steak was so juicy and tender, it was more tender than the rib eye steak. Both Tbone and rib eye I chose medium cooked. If you want to order Pork belly, you must wait 1 hour to be cooked. The pasta and salad taste quite good.
The Cuban sandwitch suprisingly taste better than I expected, will order that for the next visit. All the food are good quality and taste, but the price is a bit expensive. It is located inside the sport hall.

We came for dinner. The decor was beautiful. Spacious. Delicious food. However, there are limited food selections. The service was slow and not attentive. One of our main course came out 20 minutes after all the other 5 main courses came out.

Quiet spacious sanctuary in the bustling Kelapa Gading, they serve the best American/western food from breakfast to dinner. Steak is superb, caesar salad is fresh and light, the salmon bagel has a nice tou h of sun-dried tomatos, although it woukd be better if they use Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Try their Kombucha for a twist.
