Tempat potong rambut yg hommie banget, pro bgt (mnurut aing karena bru pertama yg fancy" wkwkwk) dapet cukur, pijet dan keramas.

In total abis 130K potongnya 110K + tips ke abangnya ygy

Sangat disayangkan. Saya hendak mencoba gentology untuk pertama kalinya dan memang tiba agak malam tepatnya jam 8.26pm namun sayangnya saat baru masuk buka pintu, disambut dengan kata "maaf sudah tutup" padahal dipintu masih "open" dan setahu saya juga jam operasional hingga jam 21.00 dan padahal di barbershop sudah tidak ada customer lain dan tidak ada antrian lain. Saran saya owner bisa lebih melakukan supervisi para karyawannya atau ganti jam operasional.

Music, always love the music here. It's like getting Ur hair cut back in 20s, I think. So lovely how the massage are being treat.

Awesome place and very clean, professional and nice barbers who woro there. They know exactly what they are doing and I recommend the place sincerely. My barber Lilo was such a nice guy!

My regular haircut place, usually with Jacky who already knows my hair type and hairstyle.the place is classic vintage design (hopefully I'm not mistaken) the price is according to the quality.unfortunately the car park sometimes full, but you can park in the park and can walk not far

Amazing place! Staff very professional, they take time for you and are very minousious. It is a pleasure and one of the best haircut we have:)

The customer service is pretty bad. I've made a reservation before going there. I was first kept waiting for 45 minutes before being asked to wait 30 more minutes. And the only thing they can offer for wasting an hour of my time is an incensere apology. I understand that the shop can be busier then usual but that is something that the business should anticipate and schedule their customers accordingly. The lack of care of this place made me book another cab to go to another place instead of giving them my business.
If you walk in and they are free maybe can be given a try but apart from that I'd suggest to pick another place because all of our time is valuable.

The service for IDR 100.000 is so wasted. They didnt provide value add, compared to other barbershop these days. I give 2 star for they should be going for under IDR 50 thousand price for that minimum service. And one bad experience is the place is so dark, how to see whether you got a good detail on the finishing? I wont go there again.

Tolong kalau pasang musik volumenya tau diri.apalagi kalau malam.saya tinggal sekitar 100m dari outlet anda yg di Cideng.setiap malam selalu terganggu dengan suara musik dari outlet anda

The fade is good but the customer service is pretty lacking. I had an appointment for today and they cancelled it on me less than an hour before it was supposed to start because there's demonstrations happening. I understand closing early, but the demonstrations weren't some sudden news, everyone knew it was planned already. So have a plan in place and notify your customers in the morning, not right before their appointment is supposed to start. They also cancelled an appointment suddenly on me one other time, which is really disrespectful. I won't be going here again, they obviously could care less about my schedule so why should I give them my business? Your haircut is expensive, so your customer service needs to be at a much higher level than this.

Gw kmren pertama kali coba gento denger dr temen, emg rame bgt sih gw nunggu lama tp hasil potongan nya cocok sama gw.

Store manager nya asik dan kocak, barberman nya eko mantap betul potongannya. Perpaduan suasana dan musik tahun 20an bikin nyaman pas nunggu

Makin sukses deh gentology, dipertahankan ya kinerja barberman nya karna potongan nya cocok banget buat pacar saya

Mungkin bisa dibilang sebagai satu dari salah satu banyak barbershop terbaik di jakarta, datang dah disambut dgn warm sama pegawainya, barberman bisa dengan baik menawarkan model rambut alternatif seperti apa yang bisa saya dapatkan saat itu.dan final result juga ga mengecewakan, semoga kedepannya dapat semakin baik dengan kehangatan dan kualitas guntingannya
