Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta

This is not a good hotle and not nature friendly. They buy reviews from random person. This is not good as i though.make decisions and take time.

Pelayanan Memuaskan, kebetulan saya ada meet Jumat disana. Semoga untuk fasilitas Shalat bisa lebih baik lagi, untuk shalat Jumat butuh tempat wudhu tambahan. Dan karena di basement smoga ditambah kipas atau AC portabel.

Bagus bangat. Special shout up buat room servicenya namanya vina (if im not mistaken). Orangnya sopan. Pelayannnya rapih and very attentive. I would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel

Petugas keamanan sangat ramah mengarahkan pengunjung baru. Lantai 3 banyak tersedia resto dan jajan2an menarik. Tp sedang tutup karena pandemi. Parkiran rapih dan tersedia akses menuju lantai utama.

Salah satu opsi terbaik untuk dijadikan tempat meeting atau sekedar beristirahat di padat nya aktifitas kota Jakarta.

Kamarnya luas banget, mewah, lengkap. Ada ruang kerja, wardrobe. Selama covid bisa pilih sarapan di resto atau mau diantar ke kamar masing masing. Ada setrika, mini bar, peralatan mandi, peralatan bersihin sepatu, lengkap semuanya ada. Petugas sangat membantu sekali. Ada musholla didekat lobby. Protokol kesehatan bener2 diperhatiin. Menu makanan untuk sarapan pas dianter ke kamar cm nasgor sm telur plus buah segar.

One of the better hotel for weddings in Jakarta. Location is great with the place located right beside the toll. Servers are all very nice and welcoming. Food wise is top notch too for wedding for that is. Recommended for sure.

Kesini untuk meeting. Makanannya enak, toilet bersih dan akses parkir sepeda motor juga mudah.

A form of service that feels very personal. It's like setting foot in the house of a good friend who provides five-star service that reaches the deepest corner of our heart. A warm greeting was greeted from the moment we entered the lobby, when we entered the hotel room, in every corner of the restaurant on the 20th floor until we had breakfast. Everything feels warm and personal. Without a doubt, our family feels that, so far, four seasons Jakarta is one of the best hotels we have ever visited.

Sempat bingung dimana lobby masuk hotelnya, ternyata di depan itu gedung kantornya ya? Lobby hotel agak masuk lagi.
Lumayan padat mobil masuk dan petugasnya udah siap siaga banget di dekat mobil.

Pelayanan dari check in, room service hingga check out memuaskan dn cepat.
Swimming pool harus reservasi dulu krna jumlah org dalam pool dibatasi, suasananya nyaman dan teduh, ada kolam anak dan area berjemur / yoga.
Interior public dan private area semua mevvah dan bersih.
Deluxe room cukup luas sudah termasuk meja kerja, ruang santai, foyer, walkin' closet dn bathub.
Palm resto juga makanannya lengkap dan enak semua, pelayanan di resto jg memuaskan dn detail.
Alto resto lt 20 hanya buka sampai 21.00 dgn menu italian food sedia wine menu juga.
Overall puas menginap disini cocok skali utk family trip.

Check in nunggu 2 jam lebih, di janjiin 1 jam lagi, 30 menit lg. Baru kali ini bintang 5 begini service nya.

Good hotel in jakarta. The staff was really helpful. Same as another four season it always good hotel. You have to try food here, it's really delicious. Overall, I recommend you to stay here, the location also strategies in jakarta.

Horrible way to treat guests! After dinner, I asked help from the staff to call a taxi. Just because a VVIP delegation was coming, the staff kept trying to shoo me from the lobby even as I sat quietly on the lounge chair, waiting for my taxi. I refused to leave my chair, after the staff twice tried to ask me to wait in the restaurant. Finally the taxi came and next we were made to wait at the exit by the security guards. Because? You guessed it. VVIP guest. Waited for almost half hour in total.

So if you are not a VVIP and only a VIP (with single V) expect to be treated like dirt.
