The worst shoe repair experience ever…not only it took forever to fix the shoes, but the result unbearably disappointing. How could 2 pairs of shoes i just fixed with quite pricy cost last only a day prior repaired?

Lokasi Footlab BSD

Perbaikan sepatu selama 3 minggu dan bahkan hampir satu bulan, its oke kita tunggu selama itu, dengan harapan hasil yang memuaskan, tepat 1 bulan saya ambil sepatu nya dan apa yang terjadi.
Kondisi sepatu bukan membaik namun semakin rusak, sisa lem dimana2 dengan warna Lem Kuning dan kondisi yg seharusnya diperbaiki malah bukan membaik namun semakin rusak alias terbuka.

Saya datang kembali ke lokasi dgn maksud dan tujuan diperbaiki malah petugasnya bilang "baik pak nanti saya informasikan kembali dan akan kita perbaiki"

Waduh kacau sekali

Referensi dr temen buat benerin sepatu sekaligus cuci. Selesainya lumayan lama yaa tp Semoga bagus hasilnya.

Pikir ulang untuk pake jasa footlab ini.
Saya repaint topi dari november 22 sampe januari 23, hasilnya jelek, acak acakan, malah jadi kusam dan belang, ada aja alasannya.

Udah nunggu lama hasilnya gembel, kalau saya gak tanya tanya gak akan di selesaikan topi saya itu.

Hasilnya parah sangat tidak memuaskan.

Keren nih, kemarenan abis nyuci sepatu di footlab.beneran bersih bgt dongg wangi pula treatmentnya lengkap, kita dikasih arahan sama yg jaga toko treatment apa aja yg cocok buat sepatu

Ngaret 1 minggu, ga ngabarin, chat lu bisa ga dibales. Abis ditagih janji bakal dikirim, tapi ga dikirim. Giliran disamper ke store-nya buat ambil langsung, tutup. Ga sesuai jam operasional yang mereka tulis di WA. Buruk pelayannya. Buruk.

Pros:
There are thorough before the shoes are cleaned to check the bad spots

Cons:
- CS are quite unpleasant. As they promised to gives us a call if the process are finished. They ended up did not. We have to personally go to store to check
- they store the finished shoes without any list whatsoever. It took them 40 minutes to find my 3 shoes purely because no one know where was it stored
- actually the thorough check process merely to avoid cust to complain in case there is a bad or unclean spots. They do not give you any advance notice regarding those bad spot or any spot they are not able to clean properly.

For the price they ask the service are quite subpar.

I've been repairing my sneakers at this place since this place was first opened. But lately i've been disappointed by FOOTLAB poor quality service. One time I ordered my sneakers to be cleaned but when they return the shoes to me, it was broken so i had to return it to them. My recent bad experience was on 15/09/2020 when i ordered my sneakers to get fixed (hole in the tounge to get sewed and hole in the sole to get glued) but they got my order completely wrong, they sewed the sole and leave some holes in it and leave the hole on the tounge open. In conclusion, this place sucks

I was expecting the result will be the same as in the review or website since the cost is relatively high, but it didnt.
