Great place to stay, location is a bit difficult to find but it is actually close to strategic areas. Comfy bed, nice furniture and design, and great value for money especially for the studio with a garden. Other places are way more expensive in this area and less nice. The management is extremely responsive and would go extra mile to deal with your complains. They are also accommodating for longer term tenants.

The only downside which unfortunately is quite significant for me is the gap left between the wall separating the rooms and the glass door / wall for the terrace. It is less than 1 cm wide, but it means the room is not sound proof and you can hear everything that happens next door, literally everything. And if your neighbour smokes, the smoke might come to your room. Other than this, if neighbours are quiet, this is probably the best place to stay in Setiabudi area.

Excellent value for money. I lived there three months. Really nothing to complain about. The place is centrally located, close to Setiabudi One mall & Kuningan City mall clean and very well maintained. Skilled and very responsive staff too. The residence is managed like a small independent boutique hotel.

If this review were to be read by the management team, here are a few things that can be improved:
- Laundry is not included, not fast enough yet very pricey
- TV channel set not diverse enough
- Maybe add breakfast

Bit secluded but staffs are friendly, polite and fun. Great room, spacious for single occupancy though not so much for a view. Roomservice except sunday. Laundry service provided but needs to remind for collection. WiFi is superb and the communak kitchen is average. Thank you

The hotel uses small spaces really well. Lots of storage areas within a small space. Really comfy bed.

Internet is decently fast.

Location is a little bit secluded. The room I stayed in did not have enough soundproofing as I could hear the other guests talking.

Stayed there for almost 2 months; 5 stars service, staffs are very polite and helpful, affordable price.

The best place to stay monthly. For IDR 5mill/6mill, you get service and design equal to that of a 8mill place.

Professional & welcoming staff. Beautiful interiors. Wide parking. 2 gyms. Lift. Meeting room. Beautiful rooms.

Great new apartment hotel near Setiabudi. Staff is great although English language is a bit lacking.
The immediate area is not as clean although it's just a quick walk to the main road and the nearest mall.
Relatively quiet apart from the morning and evening prayer calls as there is a Muslim temple nearby.
Fantastic value though for the quality of the room.

Its a small building, 3 levels. It consists of several worth the money studios. Nice comfy beds. Med range fridge but its location is difficult to find and to get out to.

Good place to stay, clean, terrace, separate meeting room, gym. The feedback only on TV Channel which some channel do not have clear visual.
