Fitness First

Perfect if you are into HIIT cardiovascular and classes type of workout. Machine is ok can do basic exercise. Staffs are really professional and nice. Would recommend people to gym here definitely

The PTs are veryyyy keen to chase individuals doing workout alone. I compare this to FF MTA (my home base), the staff there are more relaxed and not chasing person doing workout, sopan2 pula.so very kejar target cabang ini mah. Thumbs down

Avoid coming around 4.00-5.30 or you will have to line up to use the gym equipment. The classes are limited and most of them start at 6pm. The gym itself is clean, well maintained, and has spacious locker room. Helpful receptionists.

It was pretty convenience in terms of the location and the setting of the gym itself. At first we will be presented to drive to east part of Jakarta but less traffic problem for those are living nearby west Jkt. The place instead of servicing the people to go exercising, the space for resting area while others doing exercise things is comfortable. Seems to have a semi workspace. That's the thing that people are also looking for.

Ruang ganti, toilet, kamar mandi: bersih.
Locker wanita: banyak yang rusak.
Ada air panas di wastafel maupun kamar mandi.
Kamar mandi wanita: banyak, ada gantungannya juga, namun semuanya tidak ada kuncinya.
Kolam renang: tidak ada.
Personal trainer: ada.
Kelas: ada setiap hari (pagi, sore, malam), namun Sabtu dan Minggu hanya ada dari pkl. 08.00 WIB sampai pkl. 12.00 WIB.
Pelayanan: biasa.

Great environment, complete equipment, convenient location, too bad Covid 19 pandemic prevents me for going fitness outside my house

Salah satu tempat Gym terbaik yang ada di jakarta barat. Tempat nya bersih strategis, dan slalu di semprot disinfectant secara Rutin.staff nya ramah.

Boditrax rusak ga dibener2in.gak jelas nih.kalau memang rusak terus gak usah di iklan2kan itu boditrax. Saya join fitness first karena ada boditrax.

There are a lot of facilities that supposedly given to the member were removed (as it was the premium place and charged you higher)

In this pandemic, they have less member to come, so not as crowded as it used to be.

The problem is with the comunnication between the management and the staff with the respective members. As per now, the bill was charged at the front desk and you were asked to pay on the spot
Failed to do so, you can not join them. This procedure were put into practice without any prior notification through any ways of communications.

It feels like being driven out from the place after spending your precious time to travel and money.

Hopefully, the communication procedures can be better and they way the front officer treated the members in more prudent and benevolent as a professional worker in the premium workplace.

Gak ada akses kusus ke gym gtu? Jam 6 pagi terkunci di lobby mall nice sampe bunyiin alarm. Mall lain kek GI ada akses khusus bahkan ada penanda jalan ke gym. Sampe trauma gym pagi pagi. Bunyiin alarmpun gak ada yang dengar untung ada kebetulan OB lewat. Tlg sistemnya diperbaiki!

One of the newer Fitness First Clubs in Jakarta, thus it is also one of the cleanest clubs out there. The equipment is brand new and still well maintained. In the morning, the weights are usually arranged back in their original positions so the OCD in you can workout at ease in this place. It gets crowded at around 8 am so make sure to check in early!

The place is more or less the same like my gym.it only provides steam room but it provides boxing arena and squat racks.

One of the best Fitness First Box I ever went to (my top choices so far are: Pacific Place, Senayan City & Kemang Village).

Spacious arena with high open ceiling and full glass window letting you have good view toward the neighbouring building & other fitness box (Gold's Gym).

Unlike my other favorite FF box, this place offer you 2 squat rack (brand: Foreman) with wide 5KG plate which makes it easy to practice beginner deadlift.

The locker is also spacious and comfortable, the only downside is it doesnt equipped with sauna room (they have steam room though).

To sum it: I love this Fitness Box! The only bad thing about this place is that this place is not located in the southern part of Jakarta.

Tempat fitness yang nyaman, orangnya ramah - ramah dan baik serta memiliki trainer yang berkelas

Klub kebugaran yang berskala internasional yang lengkap dengan sagala macam alat kebugarannya, kelas-kelas aktivitas olah raga yang seru, di antaranya ada body combat. Dilengkapi dengan ruang tunggu (ada kopi, teh dsb) ruang ganti serta kamar mandi yang tertata serta bersih.

Clean place and looks quite now. Staff is friendly. Showers area are also good. It comes with a small sauna area. Overall nice place.

Very clean place compared to other gym brands. Towels smell good albeit a bit too strong, better than sweat smells though. Has free coffee, milk, tea, and water. My only complaint is that they don't have enough flat/incline benches. Not enough bench press machines. The cable/jungle gym is a nice addition. Some of the equipment have terrible handles, golds gym handle is better, but I will trade that for cleaner shower area anytime.

The biggest Fitness First in Indonesia. Huge Space for workout. Nice setting and comfortable to workout.
