Fitness First - Oakwood

Nice little place to gym, near the CBD area. Crowded in the morning up to 8am, and at night time. They closed at 9pm, earlier than other gym. If they can open till 10pm will be perfect

Shampoo aja di tilep, wow… banyak klepto mania di sini, makanya gw males berberes di sini (belum tentu salah staff sih, ngga habis pikir aja yang ngambil shampoo ngga di return, hidup sesusah apa)

The worst people u can meet here (Sethou and Roma) super unhelpful and rude.i want there today checking about my lost wallet if they found it or how they can help but all what they did was just asking me to pay 100k to print for me new membership ID! They r really worst then any robots.

Oh dear where do I begin. Gym sales staff incredibly pushy and changes the pricing multiple times within the same 5 minute conversation. Then when it comes time to pay, suddenly the price jumps up even higher. Then even after you pay, you get multiple extra charges afterward with no explanation. They ask for every possible piece of personal and private information to sign up. And then coincidentally I was hit with spam calls and emails and credit card fraud right after I sign up. Probably not a coincidence. Just another corrupt business to stay away from.

Ff oakwood ini lokasinya di 2nd floor. Udah beberapa bulan ini salah satu eskalatornya eror jadi harus naik lift untuk ke atas. Bicara soal kelas, menurut saya disini paling balance. Untuk yg HIIT nya ada, yg mind and body nya juga ada. Lengkap. Terus fasilitas gym nya juga lengkap. Buat di restroom wanitanya, disediakan hair dryer buat yg mau langsung cao abis olahraga ‍️

Quiet gym for now, applying tight health protocol. Seen many members voluntarily clean equipment before and after using it.

The Gym has a strategic location at the Oakwood Cosmoplex.

The layout is good, perhaps a little cramped

Good changing rooms

Treadmill are different types some simple some complete which is frustrating

Safety clips on some treadmill machines are broken or missing and never repaired

Only one pull up station

Some attention to repair and maintenance will improve this place

The fine place to workout. I love working out here since the place is not so crowded as the other branches located inside a shopping mall.

This is my fav home club gym of Fitness First! Been with them as happy members for like 10 years. Ambience and most members and staffs are very friendly, make gym feels like home. Yoga studio is the best one with daylight coming. All gym area are compact. What needs to be upgrade I think is some equipment e.g. Updated treadmill during covid like now they apply very good health protocol

They offer a very comfortable workout experience. Varies from classes and gym tools. Also group class from personal trainer which cant be found in other fitness center. Overall, my experience here is awesome

Excellent place at the CBD area, staff are friendly and helpful, place is clean, full gym equipments, enough for everyone

Nice fitness facility, several group exercise classes are damn good. Service staff and personal trainers are friendly that makes the exercise feel fun yet worthy. It also open in early morning with staff and trainers already prepared. Try Freestyle Group Training a 30 min exercise, effective for those who don't have much time to exercise.

This is the best gym place in the centre of business district, SCBD. The equipments are good, the areas are clean, and the peoples are nice. This is almost like my private gym.

Great gym in the CBD. Fairly expensive as other places in the CBD, but this place is larger, offers nice facilities, has great staff and there are plenty of classes available.

Most favorite gym for the past 3+ years. Not just for its functional training facilities, attending a muay thai class, or a spin class, but there's also a jogging track just outside the gym.

I love that this gym is not too crowded like the one in Lotte Avenue. Nice range of equipments, and probably the best group core exercise trainers (killer core session, love it!).
The only flip sides would be:
- Place is a bit cramped
- Not much room on the squat bar area
- Parking during busy hour can be tough to find. 3 of my visits here, require me to park my car in neighbouring building due to lack of car park space.

Good fitness first branch to workout. Too bad the locker system still using the old one, and this branch doesn't provide the sport apparel. The weight training area is kinda packed, but overall it's still nice place to workout!

Equipment is complete and sufficient numbers, perfect for a good workout before work or after office hour, even during lunch time

Well maintained facility. Friendly staff. Good crowd, probably not as packed as those in malls.
