5Love this place. The coaches are all friendly and super professional, view is amazing, always had super fun at their bootcamp. After few months of classes, tried their 4weeks program and super satisfied, still continue the class. Thank you so much for letting me have a healthier lifestyle. Highly recommend.
The prices are so expensive, each class can cost from 15 to 20 USD double the price of functional classes in Europe and America!
It’s a perfect place to have an exercise, especially if your office is in SCBD area, this place is in the parking building of Equity tower, you can just park in Equity Tower in P7 or whatever level you want, you can use the parking lift and choose P7, and from P7 the Club, they will take you to the training area, the boot camp training area is in the rooftop of P7

Empire has one of the best gym community, even if you are a visitor, you’ll feel that you’ve known these people for quite some times.
Coaches are super duper friendly and they know what they are talking and teaching about, so fret not! They are super detail in giving feedback about your form, and really open for conversation. So don’t be shy to ask!
If you are a busy bee, no worries they got you covered with shower rooms! Just bring your towel and amenities, and you are good to go.
