25Best gym in Jakarta! Iconic location in the heart of GBK stadium with city backdrop! The coaches are super friendly and always happy to help you. The bootcamp is tough so be prepared to sweat! They have some healthy snacks and protein shakes available too
One of the best gym in Jakarta! The coaches are very attentive and friendly! The community is supportive. Definitely check out their 8 weeks challenge for a fun experience!
Been coming to Empire since 2019 - this place is great for all fitness levels and challenge you more and more everytime you attend the class. The Bootcamp class is the pioneer in the town and you will be sweating like never before and will come back for more lol! The coaches are fun, awesome and attentive. The community here is supportive and also welcome you. Just try to join once, and I believe that you will be back.
Really recommended for gym and bootcamp class! They had many types of fun workout and really supporting each other! It is inside GBK area so you can do jog and have a cup of coffee after the class!
Had a bad experience with coach Ron, he had no respect to people who came with different level of fitness, expecting people to be able to train like military, cursing his mouth all the way. No respect at all.
