DEMO BAR & BISTRO

The overall experience at Demo Bar and Bistro was great. I am so in love with the Nachos & Salmon Angel Hair pasta and will definitely come back for more!
Ohhh, you should also try "Cendana" cocktail! Super Worth It!

Amazing bar. It has it all great service, nice cocktails and ambience. Unfortunately, there is no no-smoking area (apart from one corner where we were told smoke you would not enter). It is a real shame as we would have loved to stay there longer.

Sumpah ambience nya bagus bgt di luar nalar, buffet makanannya enak enak bgt fix selain bukber bakalan sering main kesini…waitersnya ramah semua dimintain tolong foto berkali kali ga males dan hasil foto nya bagus” bgt! Wajib viral si ini tempat tolong dipertahankan bgt ya pelayanannya

Bintang tamunya gokil-gokil. Sound musiknya keren, tempatnya Instagramable, makanannya enak-enak, toiletnya bersih dan estetik. Paket lengkapppppppppppp!

I am giving a sincere feedback. Not going to feed some filtered review.
OVERALL DISAPPOINTING!
Food = 5/10
Service = 5/10
Ambience = 7/10
Deco = 7/10
We ordered 1 Starter, 2 Mains, 3 Sides.
Our starter came after i told the waiter not to serve everything together becoz i had a bad feeling it will. Then our 3 sides came before our mains. We were almost finished with our sides when only my main came and not my friend’s. I was half done with my main when the other main finally came.
I usually eat at Bluegrass, JJ Royals@Lotte and Basque Bar de Tapas. They will still my go to in this area. So i doubt i will return to Demo in the near future. Not sure if Demo wants to be a restuarant or music bar, but if you are not ready please don’t start the food service until you have all kinks ironed out. Drinks and Music are easier to begin with. Food is another level.
Halfway writing this review while i’m still in the restaurant the manager serve a complimentary choc cake after i told her my thoughts. Unfortunately damage was done.
