Pesan 3 crepes yg 1 minta choclate cheese cm agak kering, pelayanan ny bilang gak bisa krn itu melanggar SOP, loch beli bkn minta kl minta melanggar SOP, sedang kan saya beli di daerah bintaro itu pelayan ny ok2 aja gak banyak cing cong, pakai oelayan ny bilang itu yg di bintaro melanggar SOP, JUSTRU YG MELANGGAR SOP BKN DIA MENOLAK CUSTAMER, MMNG APA BEDA NYA KL MINTA KRRING SEDIKIT? MEMANG MENYUSAHKAN KAN YAAAAAA? SEDANG KAN DI TEMPAT LAIN GAK BANYAK CINGCONG

Bbrp kali order disini lewat grab, salah terus. Sebaiknya di cek dulu makanannya sebelum diberikan ke pihak grab/gojek.

Service kurang memuaskan. Bikin crepes nya asal2an. Wanti2 minta bikin lebih coklat, eh malah crepes ada yg masi mentah/lembek dalam nya.

Tempatnya nyaman, pelayannya ramah buanget, sampai gw hafal nama2 mereka, hehehehe.
Juga super cepat. Pokoknya the best lah

Why you will love it
1. Lots of branches everywhere with consistent taste.
2. My favourite is the SilverQueen Crepes, the crepes is soft and the chocolate is generously applied.
3. Great service! The cashier was very friendly even though there was a queue and lots of people were lining up.
4. Various fintech payment options.
5. I like how they charge IDR 500 for plastic, as soon as it is that pricey (compared to IDR 200 in supermarkets), I heard customers saying no. Always nice to hear companies putting effort on doing environmentally responsible things!

What could be improved
Price could be cheaper. Yes, the quality of D’crepes is decent, but considering this is not a too intricate dish paying aroud 30K is quite expensive. However, since various fintech payment options exist, the product becomes more affordable.

Suka banget ke sini. Apalagi ini yang terdekat dari Ciputat hahahaa. Di samping avocado lovers. Foodcourt nya carrefour. Mbaknya ramah. Pelayanan bagus. Ada tempat duduk juga meski g banyak.
