BAD EXPERIENCE HERE!

This is my first visit and there will be no more! Saya datang untuk merayakan ulang tahun teman saya dengan reservasi H-1bulan. We were excited to celebrate a birthday dinner at cork and screw with the hope that the group UNION would go well, but what did we get?
H-7 sebelum reservasi saya bertanya pada team reservation apakah bisa titip bunga untuk surprise teman saya, tetapi host menjawab tidak bisa dengan alasan tidak ada tempat untuk menaruh titipan.padahal saya hanya mau titip untuk beberapa jam saja karena untuk surprise, tidak mungkin saya bawa bunganya ke table.lalu saat duduk, memang saya request table outdoor dan host bilang tidak bisa guarantee akan dapat table yang indoor apabila hujan.i take that risk, lalu kemudian hujan tidak lama setelah makanan saya di serve, yang saya bingung, kenapa yang dipindahkan tamu-tamu yang sudah selesai makan? Sementara makanan saya baru saja keluar dan kena air hujan dan tidak langsung dipindah kan table lain oleh host/staff incharge disana. Setelah semua tamu dipindahkan baru table saya di pindahkan ke barstool oleh server yang taking order table saya, kalau ujung-ujungnya akan di barstool kenapa gak dari awal? Mereka pun tidak say sorry atau kasih solusi untuk makanan saya yg terkena air hujan. Lalu saya ingin pesan cake ulang tahun in advance sebagai surprise dengan chat ke nomor reservasi pun katanya tidak bisa untuk pengorderan hanya bisa ditempat like what!? Masa pesan cake didepan yg ulang tahunnya terpaksa saya bilang ke waitress untuk pesan tiramisu di wording depan teman saya yg berulang tahun tapi mereka tidak komunikatif dan not helpful sehingga semua rencana surprise saya untuk teman saya BERANTAKAN! Thank you cork&screw country club, not gonna recommend you to my relatives!

Tempat bagus, outdoornya panas, parkirnya susah, scuritynya minta tip 50-100k, bahkan 150k untuk parkir vip (alas cat merah)

One of my favorites of cork & screw restaurant! I've been here since 2019, the outdoor area, especially at pool area, is perfect for tea time! Nasi Cumi Pekalongan nya Perfect bgttt nagih! They have Classic Cocktails - bloody marry was so good! I prefer to make reservation first apalagi when turn to satnight susah bgt dapet tablenya! But you never disappointed to spend your money here! ;)

Food and service were fantastic. It was a bit warm inside though so it would have been nice to have a fan or something.

Love the ambiance of this place. Probably my third time visiting, since we’re celebrating my brother’s birthday. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Love the food… brilliant as always and their menu varies from all continents around the world. My favourite is the italian choice, of course.

Literally forgot the names of things that we ordered today, but I can say that the negroni is spot on! Perfect balance between the bitter and sweet taste.

A big thank you to the staff for surprising my brother on his special day. You guys are the bomb for sure!

Can’t even make a proper Bubur ayam. It was cold and reheated twice. Tastes terrible. Don’t bother with the breakfast menu.

The highlight was my food. And not in a good way, I ordered kwe tiau tom yam and it taste very salty, like somebody pouring salt on it. Def not gonna order that thing anymore. Server was also not too attentive, I got it was crowded and full of people but there are alot of server and you could see them walking around a bit unbothered. But they were quite nice when taking your order it just hard to get them. However the ambience was really nice. It was Satnite and quite full but it also quick to get table. I'll be thinking twice if somebody ask me to come here again in the future

Restoran indoor & outdoor di bawah pohon rindang terdapat kolam renang dan view lapangan golf, pertama kalinya kesini pokonya enak nyaman dan mantap pelayanannya. Makasi Cork&Crew.

Great food and nice place as always, but I really never liked the security and hostesses. Just the most unfriendliest bunch.

Nice place to have a brunch or teatime, especially at their outdoor seats beside the pool and golf course view. The food pasta and dessert are highly recommended.

Tempatnya seperti oase ditengah hiruk pikuk jakarta.nyaman tertata dgn rapi.makanan enak.hrg lumayan tetapi sesuai dgn tempat n rasa.pelayan sangat sigap n helpfull.minusnya tempat parkir kecil.saya sampe hrs pake valet dan bayar 100rb utk itu.

One of the best ambience restaurant in the middle of crowded Jakarta. Foods were so good, and their truffle pasta is a bomb! Staffs were very helpful and friendly. But if you’re sitting under the tree, make sure that their dried leaves won’t fall to your food or drink. Will probably back here again with my friends! Love!

Ntah knapa suka banget sama tempat ini, ditengah keriwehan Jakarta Ada tempat chill out senyaman ini.makananya enak smua nya.minumanya juga
tempat nya apalagi.smoking room nya Luas wkwkwkw.yang suka foto2 pastime suka banget sama ini tempat.harga sepadan lah ya sama tempat nya.kuy Cobain.

Make sure you reserve before coming, this place is always packed. Their menu is mostly fusions and delicious. I forgot to take pictures because I was enjoying the ambiance. We took a table outside in the outdoor/smoking area, it was lunch but it wasn't steaming hot. Probably because it was surrounded by trees and shrubbery. This will be a great place to take someone on a date, or colleagues and friends to eat. With families, I'm guessing the pool will make kids wants to swim, and I am not sure if you can use them aside from dipping your feet while sipping on cocktails.

Not recommended.

It took a total of nine (!) calls over ninety minutes to their fixed line (which they never picked up) and their mobile phone number (which they finally deigned to answer) to make a booking.

I had to cancel the booking after belatedly discovering one of our party was unvaccinated.

Seven more calls (four to their fixed line and three to their mobile number) were unanswered. Cork & Screw advised me via an online question and answer list to WhatsApp them for prompt assistance. The number they provided can't be contacted via WA. It probably doesn't have WA installed.

If you can't even get simple things like this right why should I trust your ability to serve me a meal and drinks?

Excellent services. Got bar seat. The bartenders were so friendly and they knew which food was recommended, what kind of drinks were suited for us. One of the bartenders made his own cocktail creation since the one that we wanted to order was out of ingredients. Food and drinks were amazing. Overall it was super great. We would definitely visit there again.

Nice place. Semi outdoor. But my nasi goreng a bit salty and caeasar salad is a bit sour as well.

The ambiance is great. Outdoor space is a huge advantage with nice view. Had sunday brunch there. The staffs are helpful. Not many option for brunch but enough. The service was good.
This was my second visit and some of the foods really in need of improvements. Ordered fried rice but a bit salty and dry. The caesar salad was fresh but too sour (too much vinegar?) so it was hard to finish it. The spagetti carbonara was bit too cheesy. And i definitely had better lemon tea elsewhere. Other menus were okay. I hope they will improve to be better.
