Colour Yoga

Great place for yoga after working hours.yet, it's a bit less suitable for one of the teachers who teaching quite hard — I feel like not doing yoga (quiet, peaceful)

also the teacher tell me that my basic yoga is so miserably instead of teaching me in a good way (since 2018 doing yoga, I never met hardcore teacher like that)

but overall, I love to do Yoga here especially with Ms Ricca.

Colour yoga is a great place to learn yoga.the teacher has strong knowledge about yoga, has passion and patient to teach.my little boy loves it.

Tujuan awal saya mendaftarkan anak saya di Colour Yoga untuk memperbaiki postur tubuh dan meningkatkan kemampuan motorik anak saya. Setelah berlatih beberapa bulan ini hasilnya jauh lebih memuaskan dari harapan saya. Kemampuan bicara anak saya juga berkembang, kenapa? Ternyata saat berlatih yoga disini Bu Imel sebagai pengajar sekaligus pemilik studio ini, juga mengajarkan teknis pernafasan dan ini berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan kemampuan bicaranya.kesimpulannya saya sangat puas apalagi Bu Imel luar biasa telaten menghadapi anak saya yang moodnya naik turun. Selain itu beliau juga kreatif memancing antusias anak saya mengikuti latihan di kelas.

Austin mengikuti kelas private yoga untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus di Colour Yoga. Setelah beberapa bulan mengikuti kelas, Austin mulai menunjukkan perkembangan yang baik. Terutama dalam hal motorik dan body awarnes. Sekarang Austin mau mengikuti gerakan guru di sekolah pada saat pelajaran olah raga. Austin lebih aware dengan keadaan dan orang-orang di sekitarnya. Austin juga lebih luwes dalam berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Terima kasih Colour Yoga

Taking my first class of Hatha Yoga today, and I like it so much. The instructor is kind and helpful, and the place is clean although it's not new. The class itself is challenging enough yet calming, with basics of poses delivered in sequence theme.
