The choices for an all-you-can-ear Sunday brunch may not be the most varied you will find in town, but the food tasted on point. Impressive flavors. The Peking duck was my favorite. The skin was crispy, meet was tender, accompanied by their perfect plum sauce.

Other mains dishes, including salmon en croute, beef brisket, seafood on ice, sashimi, and tepanyaki, were equally delightful. I throughly enjoyed the buffet as they keep refelling these mains whenever they were empty.

The traditional desserts were amazing, but in terms of Western desserts, there is room for improvement.

All in all, it was a very well executed brunch.

Sangat senang sekali di hotel pullman. Anak saya terutama sangat suka dan happy. Apalagi pelayanan pak aji duty manager dan wira reception sangat membantu

The buffet spread is wide, fantastic, fresh and well presented. Pleasant and clean restaurant. The team at Collage is one of the best I have encountered in my travels.

Udah 3x ke sini, komplit deh mulau dr lunch, dinner dan skrg breakfast. Bahkan utk breakfast aja lengkap loh pilihannya: bubur, soto, mie baso, dimsum, sushi, nasi dan lauk, westeen food, roti kue, dan ada Kids buffer section (nugget, sosis, nasi grg). Deseertnya ada cake, pancake, waffle, dan pudding. Utk salad, mabisan, yoghurt (low fat, yoghurt with fruits) ada loh! Enak2 sih dan hari ini lauk utamanya nasi uduk dgn tempe orek, terong balado, kentang balado. Kalian jg bisa order omelette atau telor ceplok. Sambel pun lengkap mulai dr sambel bawang, sambal teri, dabu2, matah, terasi, dsb. Pilih aja sesukamu!
Utk yg nginep di Suite room bisa breakfsst di Executive lounge tp pilihannya terbatas dna ga selengkap di Collage. Nah, pas hari minggu pagi bahkan ada badut yg bisa lasih balon aneka bentuk. Puas deh makan pagi di sini. Selain enak, service Ok, ada entertain juga buat anak2.

Dissapointing. Price is too expensive for this menu selection. They charge all beverage except water. We came during christmas season but the menu is middle eastern. Taste and service just ok.

This restaurant doesn't live up to its 5 stars hotel rating, below average. Not worth the price.

Merayakan ultah tapi sedikit mengecewakan karena makanan yg kita pesen steak sudah agak dingin pada saat disajikan. Tobasco juga tidak ada. Tempat agak gelap berbeda dengan sebelumnya. Complimentary cake accor plus jg agak mini dibandingkan tahun lalu. Semoga pandemi cepat berlalu dan bisa ramai kembali.

Dari beberapa resto hotel *5 di jkt menurut gw Collage ini salah satu resto yg punya Roasted beef terbaik, empuk bgt, juicy, ga perlu perjuangan buat ngunyah nya (kebetulan gw itu pecinta daging apalagi yg berlemak), rata" Di hotel lain itu keliatan nya doang menarik tp dry&alot. Jenis makanan nya ga banyak (tergolong sedikit si untk hotel *5) tp rasanya lumayan enak lah.pecking duck nya enak daging nya pun tebel.untuk hakau agak tebel si kulitnya, salad, sushi & sashimi fresh, noodle nya enak kuah tom yum nya.tapi yg di sayangkan untk dessert & ice cream nya kurang beragam.btw untk weekend mreka ada free flow beer lho. Dan banyak banget promo nya.

Kurang lengkap makanannya.tidak ada sushi/sashimi.pilihannya sedikit saja.terus kurang enak.tapi pelayanannya bagus.bintang buat pelayanan.

Makan di collage pake promo eatigo.jd bayar 302k nett. Lumayan lah, cuma ga spesial2 baanget.variannya ga trlalu banyak.yg plg mending sashimi sama makanan indianya.selebihnya kurang enak.klo mau pngLaman makan hotel bintang 5 mungkin bs coba di mulia atau westin.tp hargNy memang 2x lipat.

I got diarea after dine in at your place. I was there on Sunday 7pm - 9pm.
I had to go to hospital because of your bad service. I DO NOT recommend this place at all

A nice restaurant in Pullman Hotel, for just hangout or spoil your tongue. Enjoy the buffet in a fair price to fullfil your stomach with crab n wagyu.

Menu yang di sajikan sangat beragam, karna saya liat ada diantaranya:

- Berbagai jenis menu makanan baik barat, timur, asia dan tentu khas indonesia
- Berbagai jenis minuman, es krim, teh, kopi dan masih banyak lagi

Tempatnya nya luas dan pelayan hotel sangat ramah, sehingga kita semakin nyaman menikmati makanan di Collage Restaurant ini

Food 2/5. Dessert 4/5, ice cream 1/5 (they use supermarket ice cream, i familiar w/ the taste). Atmosphere and ambience 5/5, table service 5/5, food station service 2/5. Overall for this range of price is OK.

We spent half day to celebrate our friend birthday and we especially loved the wagyu with mushroom sauce, the aglio olio pasta (with extra chili flakes), and the clam (which i forgot to take the pic), the sushi.and last but not least for dessert i loved the choco lava in a boat

What i loved the most their yogurt, the raspberry welcome drink didnt too sweet.

Overall we enjoy the appetizer, main course and dessert eventhough we didnt take the indonesian food cause our stomach was full already.

Food taste just ok in my opinion. Luckily they have promo credit card 50%. Sashimi taste ok, the pork knuckle taste bad. The Indian food taste good. Service friendly but not to quick I think. For this 5 star restaurant I expect more actually. But again, with 50% disc it still worth it

Breakfast buffet here was surprisingly awesome. Not only did they have a good spread of variety, most of what we tasted were beyond the normal bland hotel fare.

For each of the available Japanese, Indonesian, Asian, Continental, American, Indian cuisine, there were at least 5-6 dishes plus the various sauces. In the Indonesian section alone, there were 6 different kinds of chilli sauce (sambal).

We had taken our breaky here 4 times on different days. Each time the buffet spread was a little different. We also ordered Indonesian chicken (street) congee and ox tail soup. Both tasted quite authentic, no small feat coming from a hotel kitchen.
