Long due for renovation and equipment replacement…. This gym is as old as the mall and the industry standard for gym is equipment replacement every 5 years

Recommend going with Iyan if you are signing up. Honest and friendly guy.

I am based in Australia but do come back to visit in laws regularly and was looking for a gym going forward.
Tried to get the 7 day trial but was told by the person there Samuel no trial and would need to give cash to get in, card not acceptable.
I didn’t have cash on hand but was let in on the day but was told to bring cash the next day.
My wife found out and told me not to give money and we went and spoke with Iyan who kindly helped me and got my pass sorted.
The next day I still got asked by Samuel to pass the cash.
I don’t mind paying but don’t like feeling scammed.
Anyway did my 7 day trial, mainly in the mornings. The mall only opens at 10 so you need to take the side entrance and lift because escalators and entrance not open.
One squat rack 2 bench press racks, but overall reasonably maintained small gym.
I’ll see how I feel when I come back to decide whether I’ll be back.

BAD SERVICE! Sepertinya adminya gak kerja sy member celfit udh byk tempet baru pik ini adminnya parah!

Beware, the PT here (at least one that i know of) is not respecting time, always late and sometimes not responding to messages when trying to arrange for time. Overall staff response is not that friendly also, which is very important in this service industry.

SUPER BAD SERVICE AND DISAPPOINTED! I was thinking of purchasing a one year Personal Trainer membership + Unlimited class package. So I wanted to do the free trial with the PT to see if I like it. The appointment was at 6: 15PM. I came at 6: 23PM, and the PT was NOT THERE. I was told to wait, I waited all the way till 6: 45PM, he was STILL NOT THERE. He finally arrived at 6: 48PM. I waited 30minutes for him. When the PT arrived, he did not even say sorry or anything. He just said “oh we can only trial till 7PM cos I have a student”. That’s only 12 minutes of trial! I told him I no longer want the trial anymore. Even then, he did not even say sorry or provide a solution. He is so unprofessional. For a gym with an established name like Celebrity Fitness, I am honestly disappointed at how their customer service is and how they treat customers. I expected the service to be professional, however the PT was so Unprofessional and does not care. My first experience was a horrible one and I wont be attending this gym.

Tempat fitness nya mantap, bagi orang orang yg mau mulai fitness saran pakai PT (personal trainer) soalnya penting kalau jadinya seimbang. Untuk di masa pendemi ini kebersihan dan sterilisasi tempat dan alat alatnya juga ok bgt

Brand all new equipment since it was a new. The only weakness is that this celfit is quite small compared to another studio~

Tempatnya sempit, manusiannya kebanyakan. Alat ngga dipake tapi naro barang aja biar ditake-in. Ngga ada sauna juga.
Klo pagi jam 7 mau kesini. Naiknya harus pake tangga coz all escalator mati. Klo di mall lain kan biasanya ada 1 yg nyala buat org2 ke area gym

AREA kecil
Ukuran 1/4 area dari Celebrity Fitnes pluit juction,
hanya 1/3 dari ukuran Mall LIving world,
jarak mesin jadi sumpek dan antri males.
Sayang sekali padahal lokasi OK
