Want to eat out with loads of culinary adventure? This is THE place. Prepare your tongue and tastebud for surprises and out-of-this-world experience. The staff and attendants are also super-awesome. We were served by a staff named Aldia. Very impressive! No other better word. And the chef, Chef Jeffry, who generously challenged our guts with his sharp, strong experimental food instinct. A must-return resto!

Great food! The best fusion restaurant in Jakarta. I love the manager team and the lady who served us twice, her name is Dini. She’s very sweet and helpful.

Finally found a good and original peruvian dishes. All dishes were superb especially the churros and duck tacos. Came here during a quite dinner time so we really enjoyed the place for ourself. The service were excellent especially mas heri and the team.

We had the halibut, duck taco, seabass ceviche, shrimp infladitas and chocolate cake.

The food is exceptional. We love Infladitas so much. Celebrate my boyfriend's (almost) bday here. So happy with the service especially Mas Heri who's been so kind accomodate all of my request to surprise my bf. The ambience is top notch, especially the band Quite surprise they have live music on Saturday!

This is a real deal Peruvian restaurant. Although the menu ranges more widely, into perhaps more familiar Mexican and general Western tastes, the core is Peruvian and authentic. The food is very good, but not perfect. Sea bass ceviche was very authentic and the fish itself and the leche de tigre marinade were perfect. The canchita (popped corn) however, was very overcooked and the choclo (giant corn) was very undercooked. Neither were edible. The guacamole dish doesn't make sense — it's too much guacamole that's too similar, when the excellent pomegranate and beef guacamole could have been paired with a couple salsas. The arroz chaufa pollado dish was perfect — some of the most succulent and flavorful chicken I've ever tasted atop a bed of perfectly cooked well seasoned rice with interesting onions — raw and fried — to add some interest and textual contrast. At Rp 95,000 (about $6.25 US) it's a steal. Chicha morada on the drink menu was a welcome treat, although the chicha flavor was watered down. Don't miss the excellent "hot mess" sauce too. Terrific service, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. It's not perfect, but for 11,000 miles from Perú, I'll take it.

This is the best Mexican inspired food I've had outside of North America. They really nail it here.

It, s a good place to dinner, music and good food. It, s a very friendly people. His mixtura ceviche wonderful

Everything was outstanding and the prices mostly reasonable for the level of service and food you get.

Though it does not say so specifically there are plenty of vegetarian and even Vegan options you just need to be creative with menu.

In the pictures these are actually oyster mushrooms not chicken.

Was here only for light dinner. The cauliflower steak was to die for. It was sooooo good, i wanted to learn how to cook it. The second one was the bone marrow with octopus salad. It was delicious! Ordered 2 desserts; the creme brulée and the chocolatl. The first one, maybe one of the top of any creme brulée i have ever had. The latter was also. *chef's kiss.exceptional!
The cocktails were also i love the lychee martini so much!

What we ordered:

Shrimp & Scallop Tiradito
Loved the texture of both the shrimp and scallop. The aguachile has the right balance of fresh acidity and spiciness.

Albondigas a la diabla
The meatballs was slightly salty by itself, especially when we eat together with the cheese. However, those dry aged flavor really shines, pairs especially well with both salsa and the onion.

Chorizo Olio Pasta
Chorizo flavor was nice, especially considering it was chicken. We really love the chicken pastor though, well charred, smoky and juicy with the perfect amount of seasoning.

Duck Breast al Pastor
Perfect doneness! Really love the texture and flavor of the duck. We tried with both crispy tacos and soft tortilla. I personally love the salsa roja.

Chuddos
Probably one of the best churros that we’ve tried so far. The viscosity of champurrado can be improved, I personally think it was overshadowed by the dulce the leche in terms of flavor and texture. Really love that hint of goat milk flavor in the dulce the leche though.

Service staff was nice and accommodating, and have good product knowledge. Great ambiance and decor too!

Overall we really enjoyed our time here, thank you!

The place open from 12-3pm. 2pm is their last order. Really like the ambience however, not so much for the food taste. Portion is small except for their steak. Side dish is really really small with average taste. Service is ok, no best menu offered by the staff. By 2.30pm, they are really rushing to close the place by cleaning all the table while we are still in it. Will i come back? Not sure.

Definitely try the churros before you leave. That will take you back to Carbon. Amazing experiences with food.

Very very gud better than I thought, pricey but worth relative to other fancy shmancy dinner places
