BRAUD General Store

Dinner at braud general store was a good experience, the food and service especially kavi and aldo who takes care of our table.

Visited this place last Sunday for breakfast with my wife, my daughter and my mom.

Few days before, my wife contacted them through whatsapp asking for reservation and they said yes and arranged the reservation for us for 08: 30am. When we arrived they said they don’t accept reservations for breakfast and admitted that that’s their admin fault for accepting our reservation. We didn’t want to argue and waited for 20 minutes.

Here’s what we ordered:
• Ikura scrambled egg with smoked salmon: TOO SALTY
• Truffle scrambled egg with smoked salmon: TOO SALTY
• Bacon & cheese croissant: TOO SALTY
• Flat White: AVERAGE

We complained to the server and asked has anyone already complained about this, he then said YES. I also don’t understand why they put the price really high for that quality of food, really disappointing. I regretted every penny I spent there.

This place is sloppy. The food deserves at best a 3 star. The service is a -2 (negative 200). The waiter took our order without taking notes, we asked him to repeat the order, he couldn’t. He then went to get his iPad to take notes, and even then, our coffee came out wrong.

They then forgot our pastry, simple croissants that just need to be heated up down stairs. We asked 4-5 times where are pastries are. We waited 15-20min after our meal to get our croissants, by which time our coffees were cold already.

This place needs some very basic staff training.

The pastries are decent, just get take away. NEVER dine in.

Really had bad experience. The staff are not really that helpful. They told that they’re full and had to wait. But actually there was a plenty of empty table. The food was so so

I always love Braud, especially their natural wine, and the food combine perfectly, they had a lot selection of natural wine, and their AM & PM menu was so delicious, i personally love their Truffle Scramble Egg, Cacio E Pepe, so happy i found these place and always make me wanted to back again ️️

Love their newest dessert menu called Strawberry Pistachio Danish. So soft and not too sweet for me. Perfect combination of the fillings and everything else. Love the ambience too! Staff are very welcoming and kind.

The first time trying Braud General Store was hoping it would be as good or even better than Braud Cafe. Though ambiance was top notch
I ordered carbonara, it was wayyyy too salty like it was not salty.it was SALT. Dissapointing. Won't order again.
My friend ordered roasted chicken, it was okay, at least better than my order. Yet, the pomme anna was GREAT! LOVE IT!

They have best croissant in town! Very delicious not very sweet, the store smell so good from the baguette. Minus, place very small if you want to enjoy your coffee time

Food is okay. Place is cute, but it could be very crowded and chaotic on weekends. I came on Saturday for a quick takeout. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn’t seem to be in control of the situation. There wasn’t any clear queue line whatsoever.

Simplicity is the key to this place, very neat, clean, and warm. From the bread that you will enjoy having with a coffee, To the classic menu selection that fills up your stomach happy. My fav is their pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and scrambled egg ikura.

No reservation need until 11 am, so please be mindful. For lunch forward, you better make a reservation. Thanks, Aldo for your hospitality in the service area. Love the setting, 1st floor is the bakery where people can grab and go, and 2nd floor is where people eat and hang out.

Tempatnya strategis, ngga perlu bingung untuk parkir area, ada jasa valet yg membantu, tempatnya cozy, makanannya enak & porsinya lumayan besar bisa untuk sharing. Staffnya pun ramah. I'm happy

Tiramisu Coffee is smooth, strong and one of the best tested so far in Jakarta. Croissant should be better for the price paid.

Super cozy brunch place in the city. My favorite menu is their pastrami sandwich and their cacio e pepe. Also try their strawberry pistachio danish! It's creamy, refreshing dessert breakfast kind of pastry. A very good pairing with black coffee to start your day?

Braud in Senopati impressed me with its robust black coffee and perfectly balanced original glazed donuts, offering an exceptional sweet and salty combo. The candied fruits brioche was flavorful but slightly hard. Service was efficient, and the ambience inviting, making the overall experience enjoyable.

Braud gives off a very comfortable cafe/restaurant vibe where you can hangout with your friends during the weekend or weekday. The staff are very friendly, they know their products. Their hazelnut croissant is also great!
