17First time treatment di sini, pelayanannya oke, kaka terapisnya juga baik dan informatif.semua treatment yang di berika di jelaskan satu persatu manfaat dan cara pengunaannya
The parking lot is plenty but not enough when there’re many class in the morning. The place is spacious with good locker room/change/toilet for woman. The playground is good and not too hot. But there’s a big tree which made an ant nest. But overall great experience.
A very welcoming vibe for all fitness level, not intimidating supportive and all coaches are super fun
Baru pertama coba treatment di sini, pelayanan sampai treatmentnya cakep. Terapisnya juga komunikatif dan informatif. Ada latihannya juga setelah di treat beberapa alat. Lokasinya juga di pinggir jalan Raya Kemang, jadi aman. Terima kasih
Prenatal yoga by tembuni di sini. Tempatnya nyaman, toilet juga bersih meski tisunya sering habis.
Pertama kali kesini direkomendasi sama teman. Sama Mba Khusnul therapistnya, suka sama treatment dan penjelasannya, keliatan training dan knowledgenya baik.
Ikut sesi meditasi Asuh Diri.
Ada anak latihan sport teriak2.

Injured myself during weightlifting and experienced my first ever physiotherapy with Kak Vidy as my physiotherapist and overall experience was amazing. The ultrasound part was quite painful but in the end I was able to make movements with my injured hand. At the end of the session Kak Vidy gave kinetic tapes to help the recovery. All in all would recommend this place
Untuk kebugaran dan terapi bisa dilakukan di klinik ini dengan bermacam pilihan, bisa melakukan booking terlebih dahulu utk pelayanan.lokasi klinik nyaman didalam kota. Parkir kendaraan roda 4 cukup.
Great place to workout! Cater all level of gym goers. Coaches are well certified and they know what they are doing.
Playground is a semi outdoor, which mean a great situation to workout, especially during the pandemic. One of the fews workout places with great health protocol.
Treat yourself with a thirst quenching coffee and protein shake at their bar (located on the playground) after the classes or simply ordered before you hit your class, so you can grab & go once youre done
They do have shower room, but it’s BYOT, bring your own toiletries.

I've been here for zumba classes. The coaches are very motivating, so the classes wouldn't be boring at all. The shower rooms are very clean. There's a coffee shop next to the studio. The price for one session is cheaper than many other studios in South Jakarta. I highly recommend this place.
They have so many classes. I book it trough Classpass, andalways enjoy their class. The studios and equipments like matt, blocks, etc are all clean and in a good condition. They also provide free mineral water, locker room and a comfort sofa bed in the waiting room next to receptionist.
Aku suka Bodyfit karena studionya dapet sinar matahari langsung dan area buat bootcampnya semi outdoor. Toiletnya juga bersih! Dan sekarang mereka udah sediain air minum isi ulang! Bessstt!
Bodyfit has different types of fitness classes for all fitness levels. If you want to relax you can opt for a yoga and barre classes, if you feel energized then you can go for the bootcamp class (my favorite!), if you want to tone your muscles you can try TRX, and plenty of classes to choose from. The coaches are very welcoming yet attentive and motivating. They are very educative, not only showing us the moves and repetitions, but also the muscles involved and the correct form. Definitely my go-to workout place!
