Delicious and well cooked food. The chicken is tender and not too dry, the salmon is crispy and (again) not to dry, still can taste the best of grilled salmon from each bite.

Already implemented nice system which we can order via website and pay it directly with online payment. Totally touchless and suitable if you don't want have many interaction with the waitress.

The service is great, they always clean up the table and dessinfect everytime there is new customer.

Awesome staff! If Bakerzin Plaza Senayan standards are applied to all its outlets, even the harshest pandemy won’t stop its business. There will always be those loyal customers like us.

Nyaman untuk hang out sembari memesan makanan ringan dan minuman. Rata-rata makanannya semua enak.

Croffle nya Bakerzin ini wajib masuk list kalian untuk coba sih, keitung cukup besar size nya, buttery, airy dan lapisan luarnya itu caramelized gitu. Not too sweet, ini point pentingnya, krn beberapa yang pernah kucoba ada yang too sweet crofflenya, jadinya ditambahin sauce gitu jadi over. Nah yang Bakerzin ini pas hehe

In frame sebelah kiri depan itu? ? , topped with sweet cream, strawberry dan strawberry sauce. Saucenya sendiri strawberry banget, asem asem seger, nah waktu dimakan barenf cream nya jadi balanced dan ga eneg. Untuk varian sweetnya kalian bisa cobain yang original atau almond juga.

Ga ketinggalan, buat kalian pencinta savoury croffle, Bakerzin ada? ? Juga (kanan belakang). Jadi ini ada potongan ayam goreng dijepit sama original croffle gitu jadi mirip burger, then kalian bisa tuangin maple syrup di atasnya kalau mau something beda. Something worth to try sih, tapi tetep paling doyan? ? @bakerzinjkt.

Early lunch at bakerzin was very cozy. Service is a bit slow, could be improved. We loved the spinach sirloin pizza and the pasta!

The most horrible service I’ve ever had! Pelayanan super lama padahal cuma pesan 2 croffle, itupun uda ga crispy.staff ga friendly dan sangat jutekk, tanpa kata maaf dan thank you, ga ada senyum juga, ga bakal balik kesini si fix parah u should fix the service beneran!

Restoran yang cozy di Plaza Senayan dengan ragam menu yang mix indonesia maupun western. Favorit di sini Duck Confit Kecombrang dan Cheesy Salmon Stick.

Great ambience and helpful staff. A good place to meet your clients and partners. A bit pricey though.

Food looks and is tasty for affordable price, on the weekend i couldnt make reservation because it's walk-in. So at the spot i had to wait in the queue

Temaptnya oke, nyaman buat nongkrong, mgerjai tugas, & bersantai. Ada pket hi tea kalo beli cake & kopi harganya lebih murah. Pelayanannya juga cepat & mulai dari masuk sampai keluar pegawainya ramah-ramah semua.pada saat masuk disambut & keluar pun juga disambut dengan senyuman. Kursinya empuk

Good ambiance if you seat in the outside (not window area). Dont seat near the window in the afternoon cause the glass reflect the sun light and its so annoying. The food 3 over 5. Server food recommendation quite ok. The drinks that refill is the hot tea.

Dirty cutlery, There is hair in the food. Steak still raw. No apologies from the manager in charge.

Tempat ini enak untuk makan dengan santai. Tempatnya nyaman dengan layanan yang baik. Tersedia menu seperti Tomato soup, Smoke salmon salad, Spinach salad, Caesar salad, Summer rolls, Fish & chips, Mushroom soup, Wagyu burger, Roast beef sandwich, Smoked beef pizza, Seafood spaghetti, Tuna melt, Corned beef spaghetti dan lainnya. Tomato soup rasanya segar dan nikmat. Wagyu burger rasanya enak dan nikmat. Smoked beef pizza rasanya enak dan mantap. Corned beef spaghetti terasa nikmat dan mantap.

Tempat ngopi kalangan menengah. Pegawai pegawai serta eksekutif muda sekitar senayan banyak yang menjadikan tempat ini sebagai tempat minum kopi dan santai ada saat jam istirahat kantor.

Great taste of food. Cozy place. A bit expensive but worth it. Love the coklat lava desert and ice coffee milk.

What I love: ambience of the mall reflected well to this cafe: not so much rush and peaceful. A good place to have a casual meeting. The food and beverages are okay - quality, freshness and the price.

What can be improve: Service - as in time of service and the servers hospitality. Judging from 3 visits, Me and friends are agreed and can easily aware that the servers are not so welcome and way not too helpful; with menu recommendations.

Also, please be expect to wait up to 20+ minutes for a drink, and double that minutes for a course. Sometimes the time are worth the dishes, but mostly are not.
