Ask For Patty Grand Indonesia

One of the better burger in town, but not the best for me. Tried 2 of their best sellers:

Salt lake city (4/5) : bun is soft but still has a bounce in it. Beef pastrami is so tender and delish. Beef patty is cooked to perfection as well (medium), but I found the patty rather bland and lack of seasoning (despite the name). A dash of salt and pepper to the patty would elevate the taste.

Kim's convenience (4.5/5) : use the same bun. Patty is pressed during the cooking process creating this thinner yet crispier, more caramelized edges that gives more flavor to it. It's also a bit spicy.

What I like the most about their burger is that it's not too saucy

Solid burger with well seasoned patty but too limp and dry bun.
Sauce again good, priced right.
Stupid that no glasses are served for drinks, are we here in the stadium?

The tables are too narrow and it's just a mall.

Love the burger (recommended salt-lake), hotdog (with saurkrat) and french fries (so crispy alias renyah). Close with berry tea. The staff is very friendly and has great recommendation. The food service comes very quick so suitable for those in hurry

Kentang beef bacon nya enak walaupun agak pricey dan porsi ga terlalu banyak. Cocok tempatnya yg ga terlalu suka keramaian

Sebelumnya dulu uda perna makan ask for patty di tempat lain, suka bgt sama burgernya… lg jalan2 ke GI, ngeliat ask for patty excited bgt lgsg mau makan disini…

Pas mau order… lagi liat2 menu, cuma nanya “yg rekomen apa ya mba? ” Karena emng udh lupa apa yg paling diminati. Blm jg 5 menit liat2 menu.mba nya bilang ke saya “mungkin bisa lebih cepet kak pesennya, soalnya ada orang di belakang” saya sampe “hah? ” Saya ud ga sempet marah, lgsg pergi dan bilang “maaf gajadi”

Saya seumur2 makan di restoran, liat2 menu. Ga pernah diburu2 in kaya gitu, kok bisa ya punya staff cashier spt itu? Emng saya gaboleh mikir saya mau pesen apa?

Omg it was one of the best burgers I had. They do it with marinated onion and it's sooooooo good. We ordered salt lake city and cheese one. Highly recommend. And the staff was so nice and helpful. Terima kasih!

Bule Review: this is one of the best burger I have ever had. Perfect bread, perfect meat and perfect condiments. Let's keep it simple, this is an excellent burger and quite salty for Asian standards but that's how it's supposed to be! You definitely should try this place

A gourmet hamburger restaurant located on the first basement floor of GI WEST, in front of the FOOD HALL.
Ordered the classic burger and cheeseburger. You can also specify the doneness of the patty, so you have to wait for 10 minutes with anticipation.
The classic burger tasted much better. The types of patties are completely different, so if you're going to go to the trouble of eating one, it's best to order the more expensive burger.

The potatoes are wedge type, which are also incompletely burned. The taste was completely different from the last time I delivered it at a Kuman branch.

The iced lemon tea had mint and lemon slices, and was not too sweet and refreshing.

If you're a burger enthusiast like me, then it's the place for you.

I ordered their best selling product, Salt Lake City. The moment my burger arrived at the table, I was greeted with an enticing aroma that made my mouth water. The patty itself was thick and perfectly cooked to medium, ensuring a juicy and flavourful bite every time.

The addition of brisket within the patty was a game-changer. The rich, smoky flavor of the brisket beautifully complemented the savory beef, adding a delightful depth to every bite.

Aside of the extraordinary taste, the portion sizes were generous for the price, ensuring that each burger provided a satisfying and filling meal. The accompanying fries with cheese were great as well, fluffy on the inside, making for the ideal sidekick to these fantastic burgers.

To complete the experience, they offers a selection dipping sauces. I ordered the burn butter aioli and that perfectly complement the dishes.

Amazing Burger, a bit pricy but totally worth it. We ordered Classic Patty and Patty Smith. The bun is so soft, you can request the level of the beef patty to be made medium or well done.

Rencana dine in.pas cek bill kok beda sama temen (bayar masing2). Bill temen normal (harga, service, tax, total). Bill saya langsung total dan ada bacaan grab food (or something, pokoknya kesannya pesanan melalui grab padhal pesan lgs di tempat bayar qris bca). Saya cek karena merasa mahal amat tax service nya tapi gada detail.pas ditanya kasirnya cuma oh iya salah ya.tapi trs cuek.kaya ‘yauda salah posting tapi sama aja’. Cek bill temen tax svc bener.cek bill saya beda.saya cecer baru deh di koreksi tapi udh jadi males dengan attitude mrk di awal.emang ga seberapa tapi kalau baru sadar dirumah, merasa dibodohi aja.kecewa.kejadian jumat 5.5.23 malam kayanya sekitar jam 7

Absolutely delicious smash burgers! Highly recommended burgers and fries. Unfortunately, they were out of a key ingredient for their milkshakes during our visit, but those look good too.

Still the best burger i’ve ever tried so far. Definitely try the smashburger. The place is a bit too small for dine in though.

Very juicy and freshly prepared burger. The restaurant only serves burgers, which is very good and you can tell by the freshness of the products.

Bun nya empuk, Patty nya nya juicy, chewy, aromatik tidak bau sapi dan cukup tebal.

Cheese slice nya enak, pickle nya & mustar pun cocok terus ada tomat, lettuce & onion wuah

Burger enak dengan harga yang masuk akal. Ukuran dan rasa pattynya pas, bisa request tingkat kematangan medium well atau well done. Saya pesan Patty Smith, sausnya flavourful banget dan nggak pelit. Pesan Cheesy Fries dan Truffle Curly Fries juga. Cheesy Friesnya standard sih, kalau Truffle Curly Friesnya enak tapi menurut saya akan lebih enak kalau dibikin versi thick cut fries/chips. Stafnya ramah dan helpful. Overall a satisfying lunch experience.

1st time cobain ask for patty yang katanya orang² enak banget. Then langsung ke GI buat cobain. Diluar ekspektasi ternyata rasa jujur. B aja. Burger Bun nya ok lah. But then pesan cluck up, buat fried chicken nya sungguh mengecewakan. Soalnya isinya tepung semua. Ayamnya tipissss haha. Then cheese bergnya B aja. Gak ada yang special. Truffle curly friesnya pas dimakan kayak rasa minyak nya gak enak banget. Bau² minyak yang udah dipakai kelamaan gt. So kalau ditanya buat next apa mau dtg buat makan lagi? So sorry.
