Tempat penginapan yang sangat baik dan sangat nyaman. Dengan pelayanan yang ramah dan cepat. Lokasi nya juga sangat strategis. Menginap bersama keluarga juga samgat worth it di karenakan fasilitas yang lengkap

Kamar spacious.take the one bedroom.checkin lama.checkout lumayan.ada free shuttle ke mrt terdekat. Sopirnya ramah. Kamar bagus bersih. Lengkap semua kitchen dan mesin cuci. Bathroom bersih. Air panas saja kurang jelas.tv kurang banyak channelnya dibanding hotel lain bahkan yang lebih murah. Internet kurang stabil watching youtube.

Been here twice already.

Both are great experiences. Very comfy place to stay in, with friends and family.
Very spacious living room and room. You can cook there and i can say it’s quite complete with the amenities.

Surely will go back for another staycation trip!

Another bad experience from a well known apartment. First, we are only given 2 access cards for a room that fits 6 people. The parking space are only for those with access cards. Second, breakfast is only served for 5 people. Lastly, we called for housekeeping but no one picked the phone up. We called the operator but no response. Such a mess. IDR 4 million per night. Bad service. Not recommended

Menginap 1 malam di 2br Premier untuk merayakan ulang tahun mama. Pas checkin butuh deposit 1juta, bisa cash/cc. Awalnya mau pake cash tapi ATM sekitar hotel cuma 1 dan ga ada isinya. Akhirnya pake cc tapi ternyata pengembalian bisa sampai 14 hari. Resepsionis agak jutek sedikit. Ada welcome drink berupa jus, air putih, kopi dan teh. Tempat nunggu di lobby luas.

Begitu masuk amazed sama luasnya, view nya dan interiornya yang mewah. Semua fasilitasnya lengkap ada mesin cuci kulkas, oven, kompor, hairdryer, timbangan, seterikaan, payung dll. Cuma yg disayangkan air putih hanya dikasih 4 botol kecil.biasanya di apartemen model begini ada galon dan dispenser.jadi harus siapin tambahan air putih sendiri.

Breakfast dianter ke kamar krn lagi kondisi covid, agak mengecewakan karena rasanya biasa aja dan porsinya kecil.padahal dengan harga segini berharap breakfastnya banyak, fancy dan enak.

Ngga tau akan kesini lagi apa engga, mungkin nanti coba lagi kalau breakfastnya udh buffet.

Di sini mendapat pengalaman baru bermalam seperti di apartemen, pesen yg tipe studio di lantai 41.kita mendapatkan pelayanan yg baik seperti resepsionis yg ramah, kemudahan akses parkir dan kamar nya bersih tersedia peralatan makan, mesin cuci, kompor listrik, oven.
Utk anak² ada playground nya, kolam renang nya juga yg buat anak².
Kapan² semoga bisa bermalam di sini lagi

Kecewa banget bayarnya mahal repot air putih dan jaringan. Tadi minta air putih mereka kasinya botol yang kecil. Wifi jaringan juga jelek bgt Pokonya harga gak sesuai disini

I love this place so much! Recommended 100% for sure. All of my friends like this place too! Love the view and also clean! Dont forget to come to ascott sudirman.

Sudah berkali kali saya di ascoot sudirman dan pelayanan blm pernah se ribet pagi ini mau check out, resepsionis yg shift pagi ini ribet bener

The staffs are not friendly n helpful at all.
The food was very bad, you can't even say it was tasty, they serve breakfast to the room (not buffet at the restaurant) and the amount wass too little n it was very cold n dry.
As a 5 stars hotel it was not even worth fr a 3 stars hotel. I will not come back again to this hotel.

Untuk ukuran hotel berbintang tinggi mnurut guee ga worth it bgt ga ad hair dryer nya. Toilet luas krna ambil yg type yg lumayan bagus pas staycation dsni dua malam. Trlalu irit tissue wajah di toiletnya. Untuk smuanya enak sih.

Room is spacious and has everything u need! Kitchen with stove, microwave, eating tools, glasses, washing machine (so we dont need to go laundry), iron, iron table, hairdryer, bathtub, even they have weight scaling! (I didn't expect that). It also clean and have a nice cityview. Btw i order it when 10.10 promotion, so we got very good price, but without promotion it also worth it, sure i will come back here.really nice experience <3

Stayed here for the second time, quite disappointed with the service and significantly downgrading from the first time.

First, the breakfast is really bad - in terms of the food quality (most food has no taste at all) as well as the service when we did the prior booking (very unfriendly staff).

Second, the pillow used to be four instead of two.

Third, the telephone in the room is not working.

Fourth, the music from room next door has really disturbed me during the whole night and the staff took about one hour to settle this issue since I reported.

Although the room decoration is good, but due to this bad experience, am not sure I will recommend it

It was my second time to have staycation there. I booked for the 3br. For the room size, it's actually spacious, clean and neat.
The price was also super good deal if you compare to Hotel.

When we want to check out at 12 pm, that was a nightmare. We stood at the alley, waiting the elevator go up and down and always full. There was just 3 elevator, and all the guest are check out at the same time yeah. We spent almost 1 hour just waiting for the elevator.

I think probably they lack of employees / workers. So when we ask from them anything (such as, toilet papers), it took them so long.

The telephone on our living room also didn't rang and broken. So when we want to ask something from them, we had to use the telephone in the master bedroom.
