12Cuma mau bilang. OB ampe jam berapa? Karena saya jam 22.40 gym kotor dan cardio banyak sampah.hanya ada satpam tidak ada orang kebersihan
Unprofessional employee, instead of explaining services, resorted to ultimatums and bad manners
Not friendly at all, i brought friends over to have a trial, and didnt know the rules that we have to make an appointment beforehand, the sales don't even attempt to promote the fitness program to my friend, basically just tell us to get out, we goes to the gym at 9pm where the gym is not crowded at all.
BEST GYM EVER.facility is good. They used to have very good manager very responsive to complainw and promptly responded. Now they have a new one well I can say the old one is better and hence I am reducing my grades from 5 star to 3 star.

Nice ambience
Semua yahud dan bagus untuk fasilitas alat jimnastiknya. Tapi, kamar mandinya aja parah. Air kecil. Bau. WC apalagi sering bau kecoak. Walaupun pengelola sudah berjuang dgn aneka wewangian, ya tetep gak terlalu ngaruh. Seharusnya 5, gara2 WC doang jd 4 deh bintang.
Good gym, coming from anytime fitness Taman Anggrek residence, this place is a bit chaotic.friendly staff and gym members.
They improved alot, last year was not as good. They have a new manager, and you can see the improvement.
The toilet, changing room, and shower area is clean.
The storage box is okay.they provide the sanitizer for the equipment, as well as the tissue.
The equipment is clean, the air con is working good. The staff are friendly, especially Nick and Octa.
What else, they have a class almost every day, like yoga, Thai, circuit training.it's likely they'll set up pairs of sandsack.
The check in prety convenience, just tap your fob key to the gate.
What's good is the gym is not too crowded like others mega gym.
Some input, the water temperature in the shower room is unstable, sometimes it can get too hot and suddenly it can get too cold.
Untuk berhenti jadi member dipersulit, tidak sesuai yang ditulis kontrak (ditulis jangka waktu minimum) setelah lebih dr 12 bulan dan pembayaran 12 kali disuru pembayaran 13 kali baru boleh berhenti menjadi member.
Toilet Kotor, air panas dan dingin tidak bisa disetting menjadi hangat, tidak ada tempat sauna/spa. Untuk harga cukup mahal tidak ada handuk jg, Staff dan manager tidak bs memberikan solusi dan info ke member masalah pembayaran.pada akhirnya member dikenakan fee late.positifmya buka 24 jam.

Place was huge, with plenty of cardio equipments that facing windows toward the mall.
Weight in separate room, equipped with many items to train different muscle of your body.
Place is clean, changing room is little cramped.
