Ambiente Ristorante

Ambiente Ristorante ini tempatnya bagus banget deh. Fancy, suasananya tenang, terasa eksklusif dan nyaman. Di sini juga ada 2 vip room dengan masing-masing berkapasitas 10 orang dengan minimum payment 3juta rupiah. Pelayanan di sini juga bagus karena staffnya ramah & cukup cekatan.

Aku coba beberapa menu:
1. Funghi Fritti (78.000), breaded fried mushroom yang enak dengan tekstur crunchy, jamurnya juicy, dan dilengkapi dengan sauce yang creamy dan enak.

2. Insalata Caesar (120.000), caesar saladnya enak. Sayurannya fresh, dressingnya pas dan ada soft boiled eggnya juga.

3. Pizza Ambiente (140.000), pizza dengan charcoal black dough & topping smoke salmon ini menurutku kurang memuaskan. Doughnya sih oke karena tipis tapi nggak keras, mascarpone cheesenya juga banyak, tapi rasanya agak pahit seperti gosong. Salmonnya juga sedikit amis dan agak asin.

4. Spaghetti Aglio Olio di Pesce (165.000), pastanya al dente dan toppingnya cukup banyak. Ada kerang, udang, salmon & smoked beef. Tapi menurutku kurang terasa "aglio olio" nya, kurang aroma garlic, rasa garlic & kurang seasoning. Menurutku cenderung hambar.

5. Pollo Al Funghi (138.000), ini enak banget. Roasted chicken yang dilengkapi baby potatoes & mix mushrooms dipadukan dengan basil pesto sauce yang creamy dan enak banget. Ayamnya juicy, potongannya lumayan besar dan aku suka karena ayamnya nggak hambar.

6. Peachy Smashed (55.000), seger banget dengan rasa manis asama dan bersoda. Campuran peach, daun mint, lemonade & lime juicenya balance, enak dan nyegerin banget.

Restaurant decor is beautiful and stylish. Service was so so. Food is quite delicious and authentic, atmosphere is quite nice.

Lokasinya mudah diakses dan aksesible ke hotelnya. Fasilitas dengan harga yg ada memuaskan. Banyak ruangnya disesuaikan dgn kebutuhannya. Fasilitas untuk sholatnya nyaman.

Firstly, I was surprised that this restaurant was inside a hotel. This was not mentioned anywhere and generally I would not have gone here for fear of having the cuisine modified to suit their regular customers.

The decor of the restaurant was not "Italian" but definitely cozy. The staff was super nice, but not comfortable in English. BUT, they knew the dishes on the menu very well. This was also a surprise. Pleasant surprise. I have not found knowledgeable wait staff in other similar restaurants.

I ordered some beer, some bone marrow dish and a lasagna. Food was good. Definitely not modified for the locals and pretty much how I expected them to be.

Recommend this place for a quiet sit down dinner for sure.

Ambience nya so nicee, nyaman bgtt! Diiringi oleh musik2 klasik khas italiano bikin makin cocok ini tempat buat ngerayain something bareng kekasih:) tempatnya di dalem aryaduta hotel jadi nyarinya gampang, parkiran juga luas legaa amaann.dan yang penting pelayanannya jempol abiezz bikin betah ditempat! Kita makan buat dinner dan overall soo delicious!
pizza ambiente, lasagna alla bolognese, verdure grigliate semuanya yahuut! Yang nyari tempat wfa disini juga pas mantap, wifi ada colokan banyak jadi aman buat device anda semuaa! Recommend tuk dicobaa cus meluncuur!

I returned my chicken breast because it tasted reheated (once grilled, in the fridge for a day or two, microwaved and then regrilled for 5 minutes) ; It was extremely dry. I wouldn't even mention it here, but the chef should heve never served it in the first place.
I was given a complimentary peach pudding that was nothing special either.
I expected a lot more from a restaurant located within the Aryaduta Hotel. I expected a 5 star meal for a five star price.

Setelah 2 tahun s4 tutup karena pandemi akhirnya buka lagi. Varian harga dan menu komplit. Iseng2 nyobain steaknya, not bad. Ambience nya dapet, ada bar juga.

Sudah bertahun2 jadi pelanggan di sini sejak jaman chefnya masih Matteo. Bahkan saat covid dan resto ini tutup, kita setia menunggu beberapa tahun dan akhirnya buka lagi. Tapi ternyata servisnya sudah berubah jadi SAMPAH.
Kami dilayani oleh yang namanya anessha untuk book acara ultah.
Tetapi 2 hari sebelum hari H, tiba2 dia dengan SEENAK JIDATnya memindahkan ruangan kami ke ruangan di luar resto yang tidak pantas dipakai untuk ruang makan tanpa rasa bersalah atau permintaan maaf sedikitpun.
Kami SANGAT KECEWA dengan servis SAMPAH dari anessha dan TIDAK AKAN PERNAH KEMBALI KE RESTO INI LAGI.

Great ambiance. Mezzanine floor of the Aryaduta Menteng Hotel. Pizza and minestrone soup were very good.

Was a regular here when chef mateo still there because the food is good & the ambience is right, but not anymore, food is sucks now, they cant even make a good pizza, creamy soup taste watery, the pork chop is bitter/burnt & tasteless without any sauce on it, no more lobster pasta, no tiramisu, the drinks is 90% not ready, no desserts at all, the waiter is friendly but not train enough, they don't understand the menu, they recommend us wrong food due to their poor knowledge of their food. They really need to improve their food or at least do a food testing for the guest before they launch new menu!

The pizza: COLD, sad looking, bad crust, flat, soggy, COLD! Felt just like having a cheese toppings on pita bread.

Chicken: smaller than before, skin still soggy.

The pizza and pasta here is really good. I like their unique style. The restaurant itself is spacious, a lot of rooms to fill. The ambiance is very elegant and calming.
I hope they will survive and open real soon after the pandemic is over.

Good place. Lokasinya d lantai Mezanin hotel Aryaduta. Makanan nya maknyuus. Ada ruang rapat dari kapasitas minimal 20 org. Pegawai nya ramah2 siap membantu dan selalu stand by bila d butuhkan. Buat meet up with friends juga oke. Privacy banget. And instagramable. Recommended deh

REFRESING DI PUNCAK, PABB berkunjung ke Kamp BOTAK. CS diperdalam Desa Ciloto Puncak Bogor Ja-Bar.

The food is better than i last thought. Ambience also nice. Definitely can go again. Diavola black dough pizza very delicious.

I've been here a few times now. The food is very good, albeit the pizza could be better and brucheta is inconsistent. Try the lamb shanks from the family menu, more than enough for two people. Or any of the pasta dishes.

Usually reservations are not required, but it's unpredictable and can be fully booked at times you would not expect.

I reccomend you try this at least once.

Mr Matteo does the job! Amazing food, real authentic Italian. Cold cuts hand made, perfect pizza, fantastic fish and pastas!

Ambiente have new concept. Very comfy and modern with the new menu. The most i like is the black charcoal pizza.
